I ordered an outfit for my boyfriend on the 8th for Christmas. today is the 26th and I still haven’t received anything. I called to cancel my order and due to ‘ company policy’ I have to wait 20 days to be able to get my money back. My first and last time I will be ordering from this company.

The problem is that the clothes they sell are not uniform in size and vary widely as much as 4 sizes. Which makes it nearly impossible to shop there because when you get the item, its either a tent on you or tight as a drum. Further, to send an item back is like pulling teeth. Once you get everything together, there is also a restocking fee! Merry Christmas!

I spent a small fortune, $20 on shipping alone of 2 items and still took forever to get them... not to mention the $40 sweat pants looked like they were laying in the aisle at the dollar store and made for a 7’ man! Junk,cheap, $12.99 return fee plus shipping.. just chalk this one up as a bad experience.. DO NOT BUY! I wish I wouldve read reviews before purchase...

I ordered 2 cargo shorts and recived an email that they were not available until two months from the date I ordered. I Finally recived them one was the wrong color went to return them for the right color and had to wait another 2 months. I recommend you order from DXL better service, I get the King Size catalog and just through it in the trash.

Worst customer service ever on a Saturday morning as soon as I found out the order was pulled because w Customer Service representative from Kingsize.com cannot be canceled. Nor can they cannot be returned or cancel the order witout going through another company called Happy Returns . Nowhere near yhe comp. policy online states that verbatim , as I went through each line of it on their website[. KINGSIZE.COM ]Their customer service used to be good 10 to 15 years ago but this morning , Dec 3. 2022, was a slap in my face after buying items of clothing after all these years, the rude customer service is absolutely horrendous , they have no idea how to treat customers, now lost another customer 😑.

Horrible customer service that will hang up on you for asking questions they don't feel like answering. Inferior quality clothing. They charged my interest on a balance that I paid off and then charged a bunch of fees on that interest that they magically made appear. I wish there was some sort of regulatory body to complain to that could do something about businesses like this.

I ordered overcoat on Nov 12th, paid $34.98 for express shipping, on 17th still no coat. Called and cancelled the delivery, explaining that I was leaving Fl for the holidays and I would not be home until after Christmas. Customer service apologized and assured me the order would be cancelled and my credit card would be expeditiously credited for the $184.54. No credit found on the 29th, called and got supervisor Jay, who told me the best they could do was credit the $34.98 i had been charged for express shipping. Said I would just have to call back and let them know if the coat was still on my porch in Florida when I arrived home after Christmas. Most upsetting part outside of having to look for a coat while enjoying temps in the teens, is knowing there will be a package on my porch for over a month, letting anyone driving by know I'm not at home!

I’m never gonna order anything from KingSize ever again. I put an order on Nov 6th. It is now November 19 and my order still hasn’t shipped. I paid $22.99 for shipping and KingSize can’t tell me when I would get my order. I told them I wanted to cancel my order and all they would do is give me the run around. Never deal with these people.
