This company is definitely a scam. Please check your bank account to make sure they did not use your card without permission to order something you never purchased or ordered. I made a purchase in January after a return. I received a refund and reordered the correct size. After receiving the order I didn't make anymore purchases. Well, one night I was looking threw my bank account, as I usually do and seen a hold from Kingsize for 159.00. I immediately called and told them I didn't purchase anything and to refund the money back into my account. I was told even though the item didn't ship from the warehouse. I would have to receive the purchase and do a return. I was furious because they had no permission to go into my account. I will be reporting this to my bank for fraud and see how an investigation into this company can get started. BEWARE

It is quite apparent to me that KINGSIZE does not want me to be a customer anymore. WHY? Well I paid over $100.00 for four x4 underpants; however, KINGSIZE apparently sent me the wrong item: a rug. KINGSIZE wants me to send them back the rug; but, they have absolutely no intent to send me my order. I am 75-years old and I do not leave my home. I do not have the extra money to send a Popular Criminal Organization. I wrote this because it is quite obvious to me that KINGSIZE deliberately stole my $100.00. Has the FBI been notified of KINGSIZE criminal activities???... I do not remember the date it happened; but, I did estimated the date.

I had toask five times for order history and was told they cannot give it to me.But, on their website when I log into my account there is an option for order history that does not work. Verry poor customer service (foreign born with a heavy accent) and does not listen but goes on rambling about all sorts of things I diod not ask for. Had to give her my email address four times when they already had it since it was my sign in ID. 97% one star review on trustpilot says it all. Products used: Pants, sleepware, sweatpants

I placed an order with KingSize back in July of 2023. I NEVER GOT MY MERCHANDISE! I communicated with them several times about it. Each time I was told the items were backordered and that I would get them. I tracked the order again 2 months later. My orders showed, cancelled. I called to get my money back and got a storey that the money isn't charged until the items are shipped. Y'all can try them. I'm sure I'll not trust them anymore.

First and last time doing business with them! Clothing was delivered and not as advertised. Then have to pay for return. One of my items not eligible for return. Hope this saves others.

Be ready to pay high shipping costs and other fees. I intitially put three pair of shoes/boots in my cart only to see a $45 shipping cost. I cut back to one pair and they were too narrow. I called to return them and If you don't choose the option for a shopping card to spend with them, you pay a service fee of over $10 to put the refund on your credit card. I guess they can get away with high fees and costs because they are a specialty company and shoppers have few options. I for one, won't buy there again.

It’s hard for me to give this company even one star. I’ve never experienced such poor customer service and such aggravation after purchasing. My husband is 6’8” and close to 300 lbs. so I am forced to shop with companies like this. They use third-party providers to fill some of the orders placed.BE AWARE as you are responsible for paying for returns, even when you are sent the wrong merchandise. On the merchandise that was sent correctly, the sizing was misleading. My husband always wears a 2XLT. Their pajamas hit him mid-shin. Additionally, they continue to place monthly charges on my credit card that I have to dispute each time. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM KING-SIZE OR ANY OF BEAUTY BRANDS ASSOCIATED COMPANIES. I’ve never experienced so much aggravation trying to spend money!

Customer Service Run Around, Long time customer here. They cancelled my order, then did not credit it back to my credit card company. 9 different Customer Service people two supervisors. Over a 12 day period three nice women in the Philippines, language and dialect issues. I'm out $137.00. Stressful experience. No Customer Help. They were Nice but Dumb.
