Amazing customer service
Yohan and Raven went above and beyond to help us resolve an issue we had with the sofa. He was professional, prompt and accommodating. In the showroom, Caseyn patiently walked us through our many questions and followed up on our orders. One of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Highly recommend. Outstanding Service from Showroom to Delivery !!
My experience with King Living—from the moment I stumbled into their store in Toronto to the final delivery—was exceptional. Amanda, the sales associate, was incredibly knowledgeable, and the other sales team, especially Yohan and Clarissa the Managers; ensured every detail of our order was seamless. They offered great communication and organization at every step. On delivery day, despite frigid weather, Yohan even helped unload and unpack. The whole team from sales to delivery was very accommodating, efficient, and went above and beyond. A truly well-coordinated, thoughtful experience inside and out!
