Yvonne Fedor was such a great design consultant…extremely patient. She spent time to make sure I picked the right size furniture and then the right colour. I tried once before and was told that the size I was looking for is not available but Yvonne somehow made it work. Now 3 months later we have a sofa and it’s great. Thank you Yvonne!

We had a great experience with John Paul from King Living. Our couch arrived missing some joiners, but he was proactive and persistent in getting it resolved. He followed up without prompting, kept us informed, and made sure we received the parts quickly. Really appreciated his professionalism and dedication to customer service. Thank you, John Paul!

We were shipped items we did not order. There are 2 versions of the loveseats and we purchased the ones we were shown instore and shipped a less expensive model. We paid for the model we saw instore. After enquiring about the discrepancy we were told the salesperson said we wanted an item we did not even know existed. Our order took almost two months to arrive from a pacific rim location. We were informed the salesperson did not make a mistake and if we paid the difference and reordered we would have a shot at getting what we actually ordered in the first place. If you must shop there video all demonstrations and transactions.

Hi Wanda, Thank you for the review. I’m really sorry to hear about this experience. Receiving items that don’t match what you were shown and believed you had purchased is understandably frustrating, especially after such a long wait for delivery. I’d like to look into this properly and review what has happened from order placement through to delivery so I can provide a clear resolution. Could you please provide your order number? I’ll use this to investigate further and contact you directly. Regards, Oliver 00999643

Every single person that we’ve ever dealt with at King living is exceptional in terms of customer service and being knowledgeable, pleasant and easy to deal with. The quality of their furniture is above and beyond. There’s simply no place like it. Strongly recommend. If I could give 20 stars I would.

I purchased a couch in September and it came in January. I knew it would be a while because the website and the email are very clear on that. The couch ended up not being what I was looking for. Partially my fault because I didnt see it in person first but I live quiet far from a showroom. My reason for 4 stars is John Paul. Through the entire process from clicking "purchase" to eventually exchanging my couch he was there. Extremely communicative and very kind I got emails from him about delays before I got calls from the distribution office. When I emailed him about how I was not happy with couch he offered different solutions to improve the issues. And when those didnt work he helped me through the exchange process. His replies were timely, friendly, and professional. Best costumer service person ever!
