Lorena was wonderful to work with and helped us make a decision on which sectional to buy based on our needs and budget. She is knowledgeable, patient, kind and we appreciate her letting us know about promotions. The quality of King furniture is impressive and worth a trip to their showroom.

I had a great experience with the customer support (John Paul) regarding the replacement of the fur/cushion cover for my sofa. From the moment I reported the issue, he was responsive, courteous, and genuinely committed to resolving my concern. He arranged for a replacement promptly and kept me informed throughout the process. Excellent service.

This experience is with Australian head office customer service. Delivered our modular sofa with no joiners, so have had to hold it together with tape. Got to almost 30 days of being held together with tape, so rejected the sofa in line with our consumer rights here in the UK (and King Living’s own terms and conditions). Have been emailing customer service (based in Australia) for weeks trying to get them to collect the incomplete sofa and refund us. Continually refusing. They have over £3,000 of our money and we can’t buy a replacement sofa from another company until they refund us. We are having to sit on beanbags while we wait for our money back as we can’t afford a replacement sofa until they refund us. Beyond appalling. How can they deliver a £1,500+ sofa with no joiners and expect us to be fine with it? Thank you for the reply. ONU26050064

Dear Monet, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We do apologise in hearing about your experience and the frustration and inconvenience this situation has caused. We understand how disappointing it must have been to receive your sofa incomplete and to then experience delays while trying to resolve the matter. This is not the standard of product or service we strive to provide. We appreciate the concerns you have raised. May we please ask if you can update your review with your order number for reference number 01017720 as we have not located your details from this review. Thank you for your patience, and again, we sincerely apologise for your experience. Regards, Deb, King Living.
