The quality of products are excellent without any doubt; however, the delivery was not as I was expecting because there was a confusion with it (2 sofabeds vs. 1 ordered), which result in more work for the delivery guys and waste of my time.
Response from King Living USAAug 4, 2026
Hi Duglas, We apologise for the confusion with your delivery and the inconvenience it caused. While we’re pleased to hear that you found the product quality excellent, we understand your frustration when two sofa beds were expected for delivery instead of the one you ordered, resulting in additional work for the delivery team and wasted time for you. Could you please update your review to include your order number and the state where you purchased? Your order number is 11 characters, beginning with three letters such as ONL, SBA or RIC, followed by eight digits. Regards, Oliver 01025636
