Dear Daniel We’re sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. We would like to clarify that we have been told with you via both email and social media regarding your replacement battery. Due to a temporary stock shortage and a warehouse transition, there was an unexpected delay. We communicated that the earliest dispatch would be in early July and have continued to follow up on the status. We understand that you may have been anxious about not receiving our advance notice during this period. We process a large volume of messages daily, and we don't proactively contact clients unless there's an urgent situation. Therefore, your situation has remained unchanged on our follow-up list. However, it has indeed saddened us that you released information that differed from the facts without contacting us again to confirm. In any case, this matter was indeed caused by a misunderstanding due to a lack of communication. We understand how frustrating delays can be and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. At the same time, we want to ensure that the information shared publicly reflects the full context of the situation. Your replacement is still arranged, and we remain committed to fulfilling our promise. If there is anything further you would like to discuss, we kindly invite you to reach out to us directly so we can resolve this as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
