Hi there, We’re very sorry to hear that you experienced another loss of power during your ride, especially after trying the replacement charger we provided. We completely understand how frustrating and concerning it is to have the bike leave you stranded, and we take your concerns about its reliability seriously. We would also like to clarify that seeing three green bars on the display does not necessarily mean the battery is able to maintain normal power output while the bike is under load. Based on the symptoms you described, there are several possible causes that need to be properly identified. For example, a battery can show a normal charge level while stationary, but under higher loads such as acceleration or climbing, its voltage may temporarily drop enough to trigger the battery management system’s protection. Other possibilities include a loose or intermittent electrical connection that is affected by vibration while riding, a brake cut-off sensor that is unintentionally interrupting motor power, or protection being triggered by the controller or an abnormal throttle signal. This is also why replacing the charger alone may not have resolved the issue. We do not want to make assumptions about the exact cause without properly evaluating the symptoms. Thank you for your lovely review! We’re delighted to hear that the kids are having fun and enjoying the smooth ride. It’s great to know the battery is lasting well, too! Just a little explain on charging: if you’re using the standard 2A charger with a 48V 18Ah battery, charging time will depend on how much power is left, so a fuller charge will naturally take longer when the battery is running low. If the battery is completely depleted, the estimated charging time is approximately 9 hours. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us for confirmation.
