Very happy with the Kingbull Hunter…
Very happy with the Kingbull Hunter 2.0s, 5 stars for sure. This bike exceeded my expectations by far. It's better quality than expected, a better build than expected, and a lot more fun than expected. Yes, very happy with the Kingbull Hunter 2.0s. Using pedal assist #3 (unlocked class 3) which is 16 mph, the battery will give me 50 or so miles of travel without concern. Can travel 30 miles and still have 5 bars of battery. Brake alignment was a bit tricky out of the box. Easy remedy is to file the mating surfaces of the brakets holding the calipers. Basically machine them flat with a file as the parts aren't factory milled. Otherwise, zero issues so far at 750 miles on the odometer. Delivery was very quick and I've only used customer service once with a question which they promptly answered via email.

Some quality issues but great overall
The bike is great. I live in a very small town (not even a stoplight) so this has been perfect for getting around town. I had a rear tire puncture from a thorn which was unfortunate but that's understandable. My throttle assembly came apart after two months of use, but they shipped a new one out after a few emails.

Outstanding product and company
Kingbull have been very helpful in all aspects of my experience with the company. Guiding me through the ordering process while being patient with my missteps along the way. This Hunter 2.0S is exactly what I wanted and The men and women of the PRC who made this have done an outstanding job. The support network is knowledgable and responsive. The Kingbull Ranger is my new and first…

Excellent Kingbull Hunter 2.0s warranty and Customer Service Team!
I purchased a Kingbull Hunter 2.0s ebike in May 2026. The 2 year warranty offered helped me make the decision to purchase the ebike. I also purchased the shipment insurance which was inexpensive. When the eBike arrived the rear rack had been damaged in the shipment. The Customer Service team was great!! I contacted them and they had a new rear rack shipped to me and kept monitoring the situation until I received the new rack. Later I noticed an issue with the brightness of the display and they shipped a new display also. They are so easy to work with and are excellent in the handling of great customer service. I have been impressed with the quality of the Hunter 2.0s ebike and the Customer Service Team!

Great bikes, stands by their products.
I purchased a Kingbull Jumper Go and It's a great bike for the price. The only issue I with this purchase was that the headlight arrived with a badly scratched lens due to shipping damage. I contacted Kingbull customer support, explained the situation, and provided a few photos. Tracy from customer support responded promptly, apologized for the damage, and arranged to send me a replacement headlight at no charge. Based on the quality of the bikes and customer support I'd happily recommend Kingbull bikes to my friends.

750 watt motor and 28 mph top speed (to be legal), passenger seat and foot pegs 20 AH battery, hydraulic brakes, 68" long minimum, cool looking at a fair price were my criteria. The bike feels like a quality build. Sturdy, planted, good brakes, shifting, throttle response. I shopped hard because I'm picky. Very happy with this purchase. My wife even likes it which is about impossible :) I had one question about programming and Kingbull got right back to me. Thanks guys.
