Great experience
Arrived in a timely manner. Unpacking was easy and I did have a few questions about the install instructions but received very timely responses.

2 bikes from Kingbull
Ordered 2 bikes from Kingbull. One of the bikes was the Kingbull literider 2.0. Wow! How fun it is! Easy to maneuver. Had to figure out the cadence sensor which didn’t take long. Being in my 50’s I was a little worried about riding since it has been over 20 years. I couldn’t be happier with this purchase. Also had to buy the bigger seat which I think is a must. Quality is excellent. Still waiting on hubbies (Ex Titan) so he rode around on my bike too. Customer service at Kingbull is outstanding! Every question or concern has been answered right away. Top notch!

This is my 1st E-bike
This is my 1st E-bike! The bike is fun to ride. It’s very easy to use. No issues really. Seems to be a good bike. But the customer service puts it in the next level. They answered every email. They helped tracked my accessory package. Even the folly email where I couldn’t find the keys. They answered. Lol 2nd day had a flat. They were so nice. Sent a pic to them of the flat, they sent a replacement tube.
