I am a mother of 2 (39). I love lifting weights and running behind my boys. I got a pain in my shoulder and wrist sprain which made me unable to carry my children and go to Crossfit. I wrapped the device around my shoulder and neck for 10 mins each, as well as on the wrist every morning and night. The first day the pain was reduced from 8/10 to a 4/10 and the range of movement was better. The third day I was back at Crossfit and carrying my little one on the shoulders.

I've been using red light technology for several years so I had high expectations for Move+. I've used it a number of times on both knees (and also my elbow) after working out, and the product has been excellent in reducing discomfort, pain, and providing faster recovery.

Quite happy to receive my device a few weeks ago. The device works. I've only used it intermittently due to work & personal commitments. Feedback from Kineon both from their Facebook page & support email has been quick & professional. The only reason for deducting a star is that the strap I got for Move+ was defective. Customer support knows of this issue although I've still to receive feedback when I can get the replacement strap. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase.

The device itself seems to work, but the strap they sent is broken and doesn't snap together.
