I have arthritis in my left shoulder. It has allowed me more range of motion after I've used it, but it relieves the pain after I've used my shoulder when working. I use it as often as 3 times a day to get the relief I need, especially at night.

I have to say I was rather skeptical about the value of this device, but I have been pleasantly surprised. It has reduced the discomfort I feel in my knee. I'm 56 now and had arthroscopic surgery 17 years ago that cleaned up a tear in the meniscus, and removed arthritis that was already starting to form. It was pretty good for years, but the general discomfort and stiffness has ramped up over the past year. Using this for three cycles each night for the past 2-3 weeks has reduced that discomfort a fair amount. My knee is still stiff after walking, standing and/or sitting, but it loosens up much quicker now and feels better overall after a few steps. I certainly won't make the discomfort go away completely, but with the occasional use of over the counter anti-inflammatories, it should allow more regular use for hiking and biking with less discomfort.

Worth the wait...great product, really improving my knee (and using it on my shoulder too!). Great job folks!

So far it is not helping. It will only run about three 5 minute sessions before the batteries are exhausted.

In one to two 5-minute cycles I can feel an immediate difference in my knee around the IT insertion point. Have started to utilize it to treat other legacy sports injuries as well. A great investment!

Not a good impression so far. I have used the product religiously since receiving it. So far ther is no improvement or indication that this product works. I have been in touch with product support and they have failed to get back with me.

Took a year to arrive I like the packaging and the techy appearance of the product Have used now for two weeks on both knees twice per day Do I notice any improvement? None so far Will keep using for another two weeks and see if that changes
