The website it good and helpful easy to order Getting the product was fast and easy to set up and use I appreciate all the articles and information given via emails. My straps seem to keep coming undone or loose. I know I must be doing something wrong.

Customer service was excellent. They got back to me quickly and even followed up beyond that. You don't get that much these days. They fixed my problem quickly and it wasn't even an actual problem. One of my pods just didn't get a good charge. I love my Move+!

I have received the device and used it three times a day for a total of 15 minutes a day for the last three weeks. It made a big difference in healing my knee pain. I am now able to resume my daily walks, sleep on a side without pain and do qigong routines with considerably less pain. Thank you for a great product!

Originally gave 1 star when my unit was not working and I'd had no response but since then received over 10 emails with detailed fault finding help and followup when I asked for the longer belt, so unit currently working and customer service fab, will upgrade to 5 if unit stays working :)

Great customer service. I sent a message on a Sunday, figuring they would get it and respond the next business day. But not only did they respond they placed an order for me and responded to two more messages. Very surprising and very good! Also I love my Move+. I use it E V E R Y D A Y !

Great Customer Service, so far I have not received the order that I have placed awhile ago, simply because my parcel has gone missing in transit. Kineon with their great customer service has since replaced the lost order, however I have yet to receive it. One of their CS (Reginald) was very helpful in everyway, has helped me sorted out the missing parcel. GREAT JOB.

They do not work, used them for several days, tried to stop them and the started flashing, not responding at all, one is still flashing and it has been a week. There is no customer support, no reasonable instructions, seems like a huge waste of money !!!
