Please do not order from this company. When you google local florists they come up but is not a florist. I ordered funeral flowers on 9/29 and they cancelled the order same day. It is 10/14 and still no refund. I call and they tell me it has been processed to give it a few more days.

What a scam! This lady took my order over the phone for a funeral plant, then they never delivered!! How embarrassing. No communication, til I emailed for a confirmation did they respond that the order was cancelled for some unknown reason. Called to speak with a rep and he had no clue. DO NOT USE THESE SCAMMERS.

Horrible. I ordered flowers for my mother's 80th birthday. They informed me on THE DELIVERY DAY that they didn't have them available and just canceled my order. There were no suggestions or offers for other bouquets to be delivered. I live abroad so I couldn't easily go pick up something.
