Khiels customer service is the worse I have come across in a long time. `Sold faulty goods. Told new one would be sent out. After chasing and chasing 1 and a half months later, I was told it was out of stock. They offered a refund, but this takes another 15 working days and is sent by cheque.. Still waiting. The customer is clearly not considered.. Avoid Kiehls at all cost! not worth it..

I have an absolutely identical story to the previous reviewer. Ordered my products on 9th June, received an email saying I would receive the goods on 17th June(which already was past the 3-5 business day delivery window), no delivery from DPD and when I contacted DPD they have said they have not received the parcel yet. Emailed Kiehls with complaint, no reply. Sent a message to the social media team who said the online team would follow up, and nothing has been done despite me telling them I need the products by tomorrow 20th June as I am going away for 2 weeks on holiday, ordered to receive to take away with me and nothing yet you’ve taken my money. I will never ever use you again, worst customer service I have ever received and all I want is my products. Shameful considering the price. Avoid!!!!

I made an order via kiehl website on 9/6/2019 .I received an e-mail from them saying they would deliver my product on 14/6/2019 .I waited till 18/06/2019 , no sign from dpd or anything .I called Kiehls customer service yesterday asking them the status , they asked me to contact dpd myself ,dpd said that they didn't receive the parcel .Then I called Kiehls again ,they said they would check with the online team and returned to me by e-mail today , no e-mail or any sign from Kiehls !!! I just want my products ,I ordered 2 serum worth 90 pounds !!! I feel so helpless and feel like I cannot get my products or money back !!! AVOID Kiehls website ,their customer service is useless!

Absolutely shocking customer service when you call them. I ordered some products for Fathers Day back in May 2019 and I still havent received it! Rang their delivery service DPD 7/8 times to re-arrange the delivery but no joy. When I spoke to Kiehl's themselves to rectify it they were useless and not helpful at all. I now have to wait almost a month to get a refund!! Not impressed shame on Kiehls part of L'Oreal. Another customer lost I'd rather spend my money on another brand that delivers both on quality and service!!

Lorena who works in white city Westfield, Was so lovely. It’s so nice to see lovely and kind people working in stores theses days because it’s so rare. It was close to closing time but she didn’t rush me out the store she really wanted to help me and was so helpful. I only wanted to go in to see if she would give me a tester for the avocado eye cream... but ended up spending £167 because she was so helpful! Thank you Lorena you are truly amazing and Kiehl’s are very lucky to have you working for them x

HORRIBLE customer service of Kiehl's !!!!! I placed an order and the following month they processed a replenishment 4 times more(as per the Kiehl's account) then the replenishment indicates it supposed to be, and charged me 8 times for it(as per my credit card). I called to cancel, but they told me they do not cancel orders, even though they made this mistake. So now I have to wait for the order to arrive, then ship it back and then wait for the order to arrive back to them and wait for them to process a refund. I did not plan on paying 8 times more than the replenishment cost, my account is overcharged by their fault and they do not care. I left paying bank fees for Kiehl's mistakes.

I was extremely excited when Kiehls dropped this calendula water cream as I have been loving the other 3 existing products (toner, cleanser, mask) of the calendula line. As a reputable, well established and beloved skincare brand, I laid my trust on this calendula water cream to soothe my skin and have 'discomfort reducing compounds' as the website claims which should ultimately help reduce redness and soften my skin. However, the product, not only didn't deliver soothing and calming properties to my skin, but irritated and tingled it, leaving it with redness which had not been apparent before the product application and slight pain due to the tingling. Scrolling through Kiehls' instagram page, it has shockingly occurred to me that customers apart from me had experienced oddly similar tingling sensations on their face after applying this serum. I have been a loyal fan of Kiehls, owning essentially all the products of the Calendula, Vitamin C and Ultra Facial lines and more so the substandard quality of this Calendula water cream utterly crushes my trust in the brand. My previous confidence and love of Kiehls has deteriorated and I can only express disappointment in this latest product which I once had high hopes in. I am confused as to whether or not I still want to pour as must trust in the brand as before or whether to recommend the brands products to my friends and family following this upsetting incident. I hope Kiehls can offer a compromising solution to settle an infuriated and confused customer.
