This company are appalling and take no account of there customer care. I paid for an order which was sent by them to a random person, I have not had any help despite calling 3 times and trying use their on line chat. I had an expensive order which was sent to an address similar to mine in Nottingham, I live in Wales. So basically they misdelivered my goods, they will not discuss it , or take responsibilty for the fact that 40 pounds worth of goods have not been sent to me. I am sure the person in Nottingham is happy with their extra Christmas present. I spoke to a man called Olly 3 times, he was aggressive, rude, spoke over me ... He DID NOT Listen, and accused me of getting my own address wrong !!!!No one has helped me so Keihls have taken 40 pound and I have no goods. Disgusting behaviour.He actually cut me off 3 times. I asked 4 times to be put through to a supervisor, each time he cut me off ! I urge people to not order from this company. Their behaviour is nothing short of appalling. I will never order from them again.

This is probably the worst customer service I ever experienced. Please, please, someone in charge at Kiehls wake up and realise you are missing on revenue by neglecting your poor customer support problem . You have many wonderful products which are very competitive in current market environment, it’s a pity you are losing market share due to a simple fix.

Worst customer service online. It's completely different than the Kiehl's shops in department stores. Like others I was sucked in by the free gift and purchased $125 in product to get it. It was listed on my order and on my packing slip. But there were no samples. I emailed them and kept getting cut and paste replies saying sorry they were out of it and read the fine print that said, while supplies last. I told them to just send me some other samples, and they said they couldn't do it. I've been a Kiehl's customer for 15 years. No more.

Produits de bonne qualités malheureusement service client inexistant ! Après des contacts par mail, téléphone, réseaux sociaux, on me répète qu'on remonte mon dossier, 1 mois après toujours rien. Si vous prenez le risque de commander, et que vous ne recevez pas votre commande bon courage.

This was my first time ordering from Kiehls.com, and my experience was TERRIBLE. The order took 2 weeks to arrive, and when it did, it was missing the large Holiday Skin Care Bonus set...which is what they used to entice shoppers to spend xx amount of money over Black Friday. Literally, as you're shopping, you get a message that says something along the lines of, "Spend xx more to get the holiday bonus!" Well I did spend the necessary amount, but my order was missing the bonus. I wrote to ask about the missing item, and customer service basically said they ran out. No offer to send something else, reimburse, or anything. It feels like a scam since they promise to deliver something if you spend a certain amount of money, then don't send it. On principle, I feel like I should return the order. But as there is no store close to me, I would have to pay shipping to return my order, and their returns process is NOT easy. This company has lost my trust in the way they do business, and I won't be ordering from them again.

I am still shocked as I got one of the midnight recovery bottle of 30 ml online and I received the bottle completely empty!! They haven’t been in touch and they haven’t even refunded the money!! Please do not buy this brand! Please do not!! They still haven’t refund the money for something that arrived completely empty! This is shocking especially from a established brand like Yours! Please refund me the 35 pound ASAP. And I will make sure not to order from your website never again. This is not acceptable.

Pessimi, fatto 2 ordini il 29/11, partito 01/12, oggi siamo al 10 e dove sta? Ancora in Francia, quando in teoria doveva arrivare tre giorni fa. Scritto al costumer center, e mi rispondono di aspettare fino a 16 GG lavorativi ( dal primo giorno in cui l'ordine è stato spedito), ma se sul sito c'è scritto 4/5 giorni com'è possibile che debba aspettare mezzo mese.
