Be ware that they do not allow cancellations or changes for any online orders once it’s placed, it’s ridiculous and unreasonable. Also I typed in my address during check out but after the order was confirmed the delivery address got changed to a different one!! And throughout the check out process no where did they list this policy, you literally have to dig for it in the FAQ.

Me desilusionaron. Cuando deba reponer la crema que sì me gusta, compraré una otra marca.

The WORST customer service EVER! After posting a negative review on here previously someone from customer services got in contact, under the guise of trying to ‘help me out’. 2 months later they have stopped responding to emails and haven’t acknowledged that Kiehl’s (L’Oreal) have a substandard IT system. I’m still losing out on Family points and rewards because they can’t fix my account. How ironic!!!!

Cannot sign into account as password incorrect but when I attempt to reset password I get prompt to say password must be 8-25 characters etc even though the password meets all requirements. As a result I always have to check out as guest and never get rewards for being a loyal customer. Response from customer services is that they cannot help and that the problems lies with me however I have no issues with any other sites. Not good enough Kiel’s and you have lost a valued customer who will be purchasing alternative products.

I love some of their products but felt like I could probably look for similar effectiveness at an affordable price...

Kiehl's Customer Service can not possibly be worse, I received and order for various products that was a total shipping mess as a Large and Heavy Bottle of Body Wash was not properly packed. There was no Air Bag to secure the product and the product which may be prone to leaking was not further secured in a plastic bag. The pump broke off during shipment, the product leaked out and all the rest of the product in the shipment was damaged. After contacting customer service they indicated they would replace the damaged product and suggest I should clean up the rest ! This after paying $124.00 for first quality product. I objected and the replaced the entire continents and I received the replacement in even worse shape than the first shipment. Same issue, the large and heavy Body Wash Product was not secured. I contacted customer service again asking that someone with authority contact me by phone. Never received a call. A follow up email indicates they were replacing the product with another order, it carried the same replacement number as the first order. Customer Service for a division of a major cosmetics company is really unacceptable. One can only wonder why they have been forced to shutter so many stores, and their on line rating, even with The BBB is a D-.

Kiel's online is THE WORST! Do NOT order from them. I ordered during their 2-for-1 sale. My items got lost in the mail and eventually returned to them, and they would not let me reorder at the sale price. I talked to many people and even got hung up on. They would never even let me talk to a supervisor. I will not be buying from them again.

Service client inexistant... 4 mois que j'attends pour me faire rembourser, jamais la moindre réponse
