He also provided a number of comments with additional suggestions, along with lengthy feedback about your essay as a whole. I don't see that you took advantage of the options we include to upload your assignment guidelines, prompt, or a note for your editor. When our team members reached out to request more information, we didn't get a response either. This information provides context to editors and helps our team members tailor their comments and changes to your specific concerns and requirements, so I encourage you to take advantage of these options going forward.
