Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback about your most recent edit. I'm very sorry to hear that this edit didn't meet your expectations this time around. At checkout, you had selected the following option: "This is my final draft, OR I don’t have a lot of time to revise. I do not wish to make substantial changes and prefer minimal commentary." Additionally, your note to the editor indicated that your main concern was making sure "that it is as grammatically correct as possible before I submit to programs." An edit of a final draft will always be much less intensive than a rough draft edit since you are polishing a document for submission instead of re-working the ideas/language presented. I've reviewed the edited document, and the work done on the document lines up with the information that was provided to the editor. I found no grammar or spelling mistakes left behind, and this edit does meet Kibin's quality standards, as the editor followed the instructions given and the document was returned error-free. The editor also made changes to the language to ensure that you were presenting yourself positively in your statement, as her notes mentioned I do see that this edit was returned back to you on Monday, July 12th. If you are ever unsatisfied with an edit in the future, please do reach out sooner rather than later because we always want to make sure your issue is resolved quickly. That's definitely not the experience we want you to have with Kibin! In going over the edited document, it looks like your editor did make 35 revisions to the 280 word paragraph that was submitted. Hi there, I'm very sorry that your document was not returned to you within the time selected. We know how important deadlines can be, and we do everything we can to make sure they are met. It turns out that we had a larger than expected number of overnight orders and while our editors scrambled to meet all the deadlines, your order was slightly delayed. Hi Bree, Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. I'm very glad you found the feedback helpful, though I'm sorry to hear you weren't satisfied with the finished product. Kibin editors offer feedback in addition to proofreading and editing the document for grammar, clarity, and flow. It looks like there were 266 revisions were made to the paper overall, and I've double-checked that the paper does flow well and meets APA guidelines. Is it possible there may have been an issue with the downloaded file not showing the tracked changes for the grammar and APA editing?
