I got the final review of my personal statement which was helpful to cut short the words and add appropriate synonyms which are a better fit for in academic perspective.

Fast process, but very minimal and standard review.

The editor didn’t change much.

I'm sorry to hear that you weren't satisfied with the work done on your paper. We've reviewed the edited document and found that your editor made a total of 72 revisions, which is quite a significant amount of editing on a 208-word document. I see that our Community Manager has also reached out to you with some additional feedback for your paper. I hope that her solutions were helpful to you. My tutor was great, however my paper wasn't reviewed in the time I paid. As a result I wasn't able to use any of her corrections since the deadline passed. I did receive a refund which Kibin was very prompt about. They explained the reason why and I understand, due to high volume of essays submitted overnight. Perhaps there should be a cap on how many essays can be submitted at a given time, so no one will have the disappointing experience I had. But Kibin handled the situation perfectly!!

I used to be greatly assisted by Kibin editors. But I am not satisfied with the last one. The revisions were very simple, and I do not think the editor did a meticulous and active job.

I'm sorry to hear that this edit didn't meet the expectations you have built in your time working with Kibin. I took a look at your paper, and I see that your editor made over 300 revisions and left several detailed comments, which is quite a lot of revision for a 5-page paper. However, I understand that customers may get used to one editor's style over another's. If there was something specific you were looking for that was missing in this order, please feel free to reach out to us so we can discuss how we can set it right. I had asked to expand the essay, but that did not happen here. At least should have pointed to some sources to help in expanding the essay.

Thanks so much for reaching out to us about your editing experience. I'm sorry to hear that you weren't completely satisfied with your edit this time around. Our main priority is your satisfaction, and we want you to have a great experience with us every time. Based on your feedback, it seems there may be a misunderstanding about the scope of Kibin's editing service. Because we are an editing service and not a writing service, our editors are unable to add or expand upon your content with their own words. This goes against our Academic Honor Code (https://www.kibin.com/honor-code) and is likely to be considered plagiarism by academic institutions. While our editors can't provide direct source material for you to help expand your essay, they are encouraged to provide comments and feedback that can guide you toward reaching your page or word count goal. I do see that your editor suggested several ways to expand on the content of the essay in her comments within the document. Is it possible that you may not have seen those comments if you were viewing the edits on a mobile device? We're happy to help you troubleshoot this further in addition to answering any other questions or concerns you may have. Your satisfaction is our priority, so please feel free to reach out to us at [email protected] or respond to the email from my colleague. We'd love the chance to make this right for you. Kindest regards, Nikki L., Customer Service and Community Manager @Kibin

not best editor
Response from KibinMay 31, 2020
Your satisfaction is definitely our priority, and I'm sorry to hear that this experience didn't meet your expectations. In reviewing the document, I was unable to find any errors remaining in the text; I do see that your editor left 14 comments throughout the 2.5 pages to ensure that your answers clearly met the requirements in your supplemental document. We understand that sometimes our users prefer a specific style of editing and that editing styles can differ among editors. That's why we offer the option to directly request a specific editor, so you might consider that option in the future. Because we want you to have the best experience with Kibin, we'd love to help make this right for you. Please contact us at [email protected] so that we can better understand what fell short of your expectations and how we can improve. Kind regards, Nikki L., Customer Service and Community Manager
