I’m truly so happy to have discovered K Health. K Health is easy to navigate and I got the help I needed right away. I was in contact with a doctor in the middle of the night after reporting my symptoms. They really are 24/7 care, and I was able to get the medication I needed the very next day which was a huge relief. I highly recommend this care, and thank you to K health for your timely responses, affordability, and thoroughness.

I told the provider I know for a fact I have herpes and that I took the medicine wrong the first time she said there is no way to take it wrong and then told me I had to go to an urgent care because it might be something else I’ve already been to urgent care and I know for a fact I had herpes she didn’t believe me and didn’t help with a prescription.I feel like I wasted the money on the consultation and I will not be using k health again!

I was really having a difficult day and needed to see a doctor to get my refill. I was already a member of k health and decided to sign on and give it a try. You all had a doctor in my state. She saw me virtually, asked all of the questions that are normally asked and proceeded to send a refill to my local pharmacy.

From the beginning I was told I was too old at age 84. Next confusion about how to use my local lab for testing needing their fax number, name and address in advance and was signed up for Quest which didn't work for me. Confusion about test results arriving after my chat ended and being charged again for a evaluation. When the results arrived and I connected with a provider the chat ended before I could give my pharmacy info. I did get my prescription and things are going well. This could be a great service if things were more clear.

The doctors and nurse practitioners are always willing to help me and answer any questions I may have. As a college student who lives in a rural health dessert with the closest hospital that takes my insurance being more than 1 hour away to see a provider, this has been a huge convenient help and doesn't take up too much of my time since I also work.

I enjoyed using this app it was easy and always helpful the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because they changed their policy and won’t treat me anymore cause I have a auto immune disease (lupus and fibromyalgia) I’m very sad I can’t even get help if I have the flu or something!

The last several times I have used the app, it has taken several hours to speak to a clinician. I think it is quicker without a membership which makes no sense except for you are paying for each use instead of a flat rate.

I was absolutely impressed and satisfied with the Dr. A great platform for reduced price on medications.
