High fever - trying to decide if I should go to ER. I answer all the questions and get connected with a nurse who asks me to take a pic of my throat using a spoon as a tongue depressor. I get out of bed, barely make it to the kitchen, take the freakin picture and. She’s signed off. There’s a note saying to click here to be reconnected. I did, and more than an hour later, I’m still waiting. My fever continues to rise, so I’m gonna try to get to the hospital. I’ve had literally no help from k-health at all. This company should be sued for false advertising.

Refused to prescribe me anything for my cough and said they use pics to make determinations about prescriptions or will refill things you have on file regardless of history. They refused to give me a refund even though all I was told was to use OTC meds bc it was a URI. What a joke of a company

DON'T DO IT! Complete waste of money, they only recommend OTC meds and give you information you can find yourself with a simple Google search. And if you mention that you had Covid, forget about being treated for anything else!

Worst experience I have had in a long time. The dr took forever to reply in the text and asked as little as possible. Just wanted the money and to book another visit. Stay away

Horrible. I was really sick but needed something fast. I should have just went to urgent care because the doctor said he could not give me antibiotics or steroids because he felt it was an upper respiratory infection. I explained to him I am asthmatic and I that’s the case, cool let’s skip the antibiotics but could he do a medrol pack for the congestion…he said no and then ended the chat. I asked for a refund they said I paid for a medial assessment, not treatment. I used sesame instead and they treated me accurately. Never again will I use this app.

SCAM!! READ WHAT EVERYONE ELSE IS SAYING!!! They take your money and tell you they're not allowed to prescribe you anything (which is false, I've been able to get prescriptions from other online doctors) . I contacted them to be evaluated for trazodone for insomnia. They told me if I had mild anxiety or depression, they could offer me with talk therapy, but since I didn't, I could go f myself. And they refused to refund me :)
