with great trepidation I ventured into the evisa effort and much to my surprise it worked. it worked because I had a passport photo and I had my passport image to upload and the ticket as well. if I did not it wqold hbve been much more difficult so one needs to warn those traveling that is computer savvy they need to keep a photo and a passport image as well. I entered a question and chat worked as well those who respoinded were direct and informative even helpful.

Recently I have had to apply for a number of Kenyan visas for myself and my family and each time I have found this service very efficient. The staff were very helpful and answered all my queries quickly and in full.

One idea would be to have information hot buttons to information related to each field. Foe example, the categories of visa field could have information available with one click that listed the types and a definition of each.

This is a genuine step forward and took much of the effort out of obtaining a visa. I was very impresses with the interface and with the online help that was given.

It is easy step, my little comment to eliminate confusion is to put add icon to upload/mail in adding document and use change only in replacing document, because when I change I was not sure all documents were submitted, the other point is trying the mail was slow, I could not use it while filling application
