Extremely prompt and efficient service. It would be of great help and service if a Kenyan Immigration form is also forwarded along with the i visa so that it could be perfected beforehand and attached to the visa to save time at the airport.

first time user. thought the online help was good, except I thought it was a five year visa, but in reality it is a one time use.

I used your site to get my Kenyan Visa. While it required a lot of personal information entry, I received it in less than 12 hours. Thanks one less thing to worry about.

Needed many assistance as the system did not retain our e-mail address and our password. I had to go back numerous times to provide same information over and over. It was very frustrating.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review Richard. We sincerely apologize if you experienced trouble with the website. As we discussed, sometimes old browsers don’t refresh or show the confirmation page, but we do send all travel documents in the promised timeframe.
