Visa explanation and format good, but some date mistakes were made on the VISA itself when sent to me the first time. I checked the VISA very carefully for correct entries, like dates. Mistakes were pointed out to the company in an email, and they were corrected by the Company. My VISA was re-sent to me. I have not used it yet - travelling in a couple of weeks. The form was easy to fill, payment was made by credit card, and the process took only a few days.

Photo did not show up on visas and my attempt to order hard copies has thus far proved frustrating.

Application was really easy to complete and send payment until I tried to upload pictures/documents. The site would not upload anything and when I elected to E'mail passport photos, passport pages and proof of travel, my E'mails said they had been sent but the site reported waiting for about an hour. I used the online chat to question this, was told to redirect my e'mails to help@ ivisa.com which was successful. The help line was excellent and very helpful whereas the website is very poor. I now have my visas which is good, but you need to put aside a couple of hours to use the site!!!!

Very frustrating when I wanted to get information on my order, and since I am within 2 weeks of leaving I needed to know where I stood. No phone numbers that worked- at the 303 number, all I got was an answering device. Finally, someone started to chat. Told me I still had to send in photos of the passports- which I had included in the original application. Supposedly I had been sent an e-mail telling me this-- that I had never received. Finally got it sorted but had to confirm that the second set of photos of the passports had been received. A toll free number would help get things like this sorted a whole lot quicker. I rated this acceptable because I ultimately got the Visas in time. Supposa

I had to resend the email pictures over10 times and it took 1.5 hours. However, we did receive it back quickly.

Applied for the Kenya visa for my daughter about 3 and a half weeks before departure. Although all the operators said that it would be ok to travel with the paid invoice, I was anxious and could not believe that this would be ok. I was told that there was a problem at the government side or that my daughters details were being checked. The visa finally arrived by email the day after her departure. its really worrying as we do not understand the system.

I would like to have been able select back in order to review item uploaded, as my travel document comprised 2 pages which almost resulted in me submitting without uploading my passport.
