Kendra ScottReviews of kendrascott.com

Do not buy Kendra Scott jewelry they are a ripoff! Won't stand behind their products! Bought my granddaughter a soccer necklace for her birthday. The paint wore off! They replaced it and it happened again! Called the main number and talked with them. They stated they won't replace or refund again! Don't waste your money on this company! Very poor quality for the money! Shame on you Kendra Scott!!!

Why didn’t I read these reviews prior to purchasing! I spent £75 buying a necklace as a gift for my daughter back in January and within 6 months it had tarnished and looked a complete mess. I sent it back for a full refund as the item is clearly faulty or not of good quality anls it lasted less than 6 months. They have kept £14 for “shipping”, however the item was retuned because it was of extremely poor quality, not out of choice and therefore I should have been entitled to a full refund. So I have paid £14 and have nothing to show for it, except a load of hassle, agro and poor customer service! Please please think twice about purchasing. The items are expensive and do not last and certainly not worth all the shipping.

I went into Kendra Scott for my 13th birthday and Lana S. was very helpful and kind! I think I might have made a new best friend in that 10 minutes. She answered all my questions so nicely and just made it an amazing experience. I also got a STUNNING bracelet with my families birth stones and I couldn’t decide on a fifth one and she provided facts to help me decide. 10/10 recommend the location in Liberty Center. My sister even dropped a bottle of perfume and all the workers handled it SO well and I am so grateful for all of those women (the perfume smells amazing by the way)!

How can you trust a company that sends out scam/spam email with only numbers and letters in email. No pictures to even give you an idea what they sell. Really poor customer relations.

Worthless Company and Customer Service kept trying to give me a gift card to use instead of just returning my money. I'm beyond PISSED. I'll have to use the gift card bc otherwise that's $170 wasted and then I'm NEVER shopping there again. 10/10 worst jewelry store every.

I received my package and it was empty. I contacted Kendra Scott customer service and they got back to me right away sending me a expidited shipping, replacement order. The customer service person Graci was so kind and helpful. Thank you again for the EXCELLENT customer service.

My daughter bought me an initial L necklace with stones and it has worn terribly. I contacted customer service and what a joke. Over 10 emails later, pictures, order info they have done nothing but cause my blood pressure to rise. I have been a long time frequent customer for me personally and gifts , no more.

I was trying to purchase a necklace and earring set for my daughter's 13th birthday. And unfortunately Ken just Scott's website said oh free shipping to Canada. However when you select the products they can't be shipped to Canada some of them apparently anyways. Spoke with the manager because their website kept switching the pictures from what the product was listed as and it took me a good couple of hours to put my checkout card together because I was trying to select the items. Called for customer service they suck and they're horrible. One manager didn't even have the decency to give him a phone. They don't care about their customers and I'm glad I didn't make a purchase because I just saw the reviews about how their jewelry tarnishes and they're cheap. This was my first time trying to purchase from them. I will put my money somewhere else where I know will actually get good quality jewelry and better quality customer service. If I could give zero Stars I would. Don't waste your money and don't waste your time supporting this deplorable business. And they have it so funny they have the same customer service representative pretending to be a manager and customer service at the same time as if we're stupid enough not to know the difference between the voices. What a waste of time and energy don't waste your money.
