My partner bought the Kendra Scott seashell necklace for me in July 2025 as a birthday gift. I was so confident the price meant it wouldn’t easily tarnish, but how I was so mistaken.. my favorite piece of jewelry.. turned my neck gray and revealed a tarnished, faded and scratched backside… and it’s only been 3 months since I’ve received it. I’m so disappointed.

Ask me why I bought from them this many times, I don’t know - The first necklace I got I liked, I got it as gift - it was one the basic green stone necklaces, rusted horribly was itchy, and actually ruined some of my clothes. 2022, bought online I got the butterfly ring a few months after the green necklace before it got.. nasty. And same thing happened - rusted and turned very quickly, and finger turned green. 2022, bought online Then I was in Dillards, and I got the white ari heart necklace maybe a year and a half after my last purchase. This one is actually awesome, hasn’t rusted, doesn’t make me itchy, it really is a great necklace that I’ve worn consistently since I bought it. 2023, bought in person So with that in mind, I bought from them again a few weeks ago - Daphne Silver Coral Frame Multi Strand Necklace. From the images, I thought I was getting a blue/green stoned necklace. It’s um more red/orange… I can’t say that I would have bought it had I known that. But it’s a lot of money, and I fear I’m not going to return it. So I’ve been wearing it every now and then in the past couple of weeks and it makes me so itchy. 2025, bought online. So yeah I’d recommend buying the white ari heart necklace from Dillards! And I feel like there may be an argument of - maybe clean your jewelry better, or don’t buy that metal. But I have a disturbing amount of jewelry, and Kendra Scott is the only one that I have had any problems with.

In general, I don’t have issues with Kendra Scott. The necklaces I’ve purchased in the past are good enough, though a little pricy. I’ve recently had issues with shipping, as they’ve changed who they ship through and they cancelled an order because the Veho company couldn’t get to my address. This was to be a very special gift for my teenage daughter and I was so upset that they couldn’t ship the package through UPS or FedEx, especially since in their FAQ, they state all shipping is through those two companies whom have no issue delivering to me. They gave me a refund, and I’m grateful for that, but they saying they can’t re-ship my order through FedEx or UPS left me feeling like their customer service is not satisfactory. I will admit I don’t understand the logistics, but it shouldn’t be difficult. Also, update your FAQ to include VEHO as a shipper of choice. Overall, it’s just frustrating and I will not be ordering from them again.

Jewelry is expensive even if it's on sale , jewelry tarnishes,I bought a bracelet and a cross necklace and both have tarnished , customer service is great up until you want to return,then service isn't so great,if you buy a watch you are responsible for running around time to buy a battery because batteries don't work , disappointed 7

Ordered two Audrey studs, £155 each-noticed only one was dispatched and pointed this out to customer services, told apologies but only one available.. we will refund you the one. Pointed out I ordered two, order was confirmed £310 taken from my account!! One stud is no use to me and was for a gift, now need to refuse DHL delivery and wait up to 10 days for another refund!!!! - after being disappointed in a shop as no stock, was told to order online for efficiency!??? Very unhappy customer who has to tell her daughter her set will not be completed after purchasing a necklace and charm!!! Refund was issued after I refused DHL package.

I orders 2 necklaces (3) weeks ago and still have not received. Finally check my order status and they shipped DHL and then the package will be transferred to USPS to deliver. These necklaces are not cheap and for KS to use and cheap and unreliable shipping method is despicable. This will be my last purchase from their website.
