Absolutely unacceptable! I paid $90 for a necklace from Kendra Scott, expecting decent quality, and it started changing colors and turning my neck GREEN! For that price, I shouldn’t have to worry about the jewelry tarnishing or leaving discoloration on my skin. This is embarrassing and completely disappointing for a brand that charges this much for its products. To make matters worse, instead of offering an actual monetary refund, customer service wants me to settle for a gift card and go through the hassle of packaging and returning the necklace. Why should I have to spend my time fixing a problem caused by a product that clearly didn’t meet expectations? I paid real money for this necklace, and I expect my money back—not store credit to spend on another product that could have the same issue. Very disappointed with both the quality and the customer service. I will definitely think twice before purchasing from Kendra Scott again.

They need too switch packaging immediately they ship them out in the box and my bf ordered me a necklace that had got stolen just because it wasn’t wrapped in something to hide the value

I still have not received the item I ordered. It is a gift for our daughter in law after the birth of our granddaughter. There are no Kendra Scott’s in Spokane so ordering it paying for 1 day business delivery was the only option. 4 days later… nothing. I called and my expedited shipping was refunded but I don’t care about that. We leave tomorrow and her gift still isn’t here. I will never ship Kendra Scott again. Probably won’t buy anything from there again either.

The worst customer service. Necklaces and bracelets brake so quick and it is hard to get a replacement

Do not buy Kendra Scott jewelry they are a ripoff! Won't stand behind their products! Bought my granddaughter a soccer necklace for her birthday. The paint wore off! They replaced it and it happened again! Called the main number and talked with them. They stated they won't replace or refund again! Don't waste your money on this company! Very poor quality for the money! Shame on you Kendra Scott!!!

Why didn’t I read these reviews prior to purchasing! I spent £75 buying a necklace as a gift for my daughter back in January and within 6 months it had tarnished and looked a complete mess. I sent it back for a full refund as the item is clearly faulty or not of good quality anls it lasted less than 6 months. They have kept £14 for “shipping”, however the item was retuned because it was of extremely poor quality, not out of choice and therefore I should have been entitled to a full refund. So I have paid £14 and have nothing to show for it, except a load of hassle, agro and poor customer service! Please please think twice about purchasing. The items are expensive and do not last and certainly not worth all the shipping.

How can you trust a company that sends out scam/spam email with only numbers and letters in email. No pictures to even give you an idea what they sell. Really poor customer relations.

Worthless Company and Customer Service kept trying to give me a gift card to use instead of just returning my money. I'm beyond PISSED. I'll have to use the gift card bc otherwise that's $170 wasted and then I'm NEVER shopping there again. 10/10 worst jewelry store every.
