⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Customer Service That Made Our Birthday Tradition Even More Special! Every year, I celebrate a very special birthday tradition with my twin granddaughters by taking them to Kendra Scott. On Monday, October 19, at the Kendra Scott store at The Shops at Clearfork in Fort Worth, we had the pleasure of being helped by an employee who went above and beyond to make my girls feel special. I don’t remember her name, but I sincerely hope management can identify her and recognize her for the wonderful job she did. Her kindness, thoughtfulness, and willingness to take extra time with my granddaughters meant more to us than she could ever imagine. She didn’t just help us shop for jewelry—she made my girls feel important and made a special day even more memorable. The way this employee treated my girls touched my heart and reminded me that it’s the people who make an experience truly exceptional. Kendra Scott, please recognize this employee for the kindness she showed our family. She is a wonderful example of what outstanding customer service should look like, and I hope she knows how much she meant to all three of us. We look forward to continuing our yearly birthday tradition for many years to come. Thank you for helping make these moments so special!

Absolutely unacceptable! I paid $90 for a necklace from Kendra Scott, expecting decent quality, and it started changing colors and turning my neck GREEN! For that price, I shouldn’t have to worry about the jewelry tarnishing or leaving discoloration on my skin. This is embarrassing and completely disappointing for a brand that charges this much for its products. To make matters worse, instead of offering an actual monetary refund, customer service wants me to settle for a gift card and go through the hassle of packaging and returning the necklace. Why should I have to spend my time fixing a problem caused by a product that clearly didn’t meet expectations? I paid real money for this necklace, and I expect my money back—not store credit to spend on another product that could have the same issue. Very disappointed with both the quality and the customer service. I will definitely think twice before purchasing from Kendra Scott again.

I can't believe all the bad reviews.. :( I LOVE Kendra Scott jewelry. I have ordered a few things online with no problems and have bought multiple things in store (Downtown Summerlin, Las Vegas). The quality of all my items have been great. I'm hooked.

They need too switch packaging immediately they ship them out in the box and my bf ordered me a necklace that had got stolen just because it wasn’t wrapped in something to hide the value

I still have not received the item I ordered. It is a gift for our daughter in law after the birth of our granddaughter. There are no Kendra Scott’s in Spokane so ordering it paying for 1 day business delivery was the only option. 4 days later… nothing. I called and my expedited shipping was refunded but I don’t care about that. We leave tomorrow and her gift still isn’t here. I will never ship Kendra Scott again. Probably won’t buy anything from there again either.

The worst customer service. Necklaces and bracelets brake so quick and it is hard to get a replacement
