Started using Kendra's hair back in 2016. Had 3 bundles from her Brazilian body wave, used the hair for 1 year and 4 months even after it was still in GREAT condition. Ordered 3 more bundles :) THE BEST!

They had a easter deal going on 3 bundles for 250.00. I ended up paying 290.00 for shipping and the longer the length the more it costs. That's not the problem.... The problem is I recieved a text message saying they canceled my order and refunded my money. They never explained why?? I just think its unprofessional to advertise a deal then cancel someone's order without an explanation. Never will be ordering hair from here!!!!!

NEVER GOT MY ORDER. But They took they’re $300+. There’s NO customer service. The Number doesn’t work. IM GOING TO COMPLAIN TO THE BBB!!

My hair is on the way!! I feel very confident! I think once you start adding dyes and flat irons to any hair there is a chance it may change. I ordered body wave loose. No need curling or dying the hair!

Waste of money , do not waste your time . Hair does nothing , doesn't hold curls & the ends look like a dog chewed on them and are very thick . Everything flat irons straight but then ends look crunchy and dry no matter what

I have been shopping with Kendra's Boutique for 5 Years and I can definitely say if you read anybody review it should be mine. I have had their Brazilian Body Wave, Straight, Deep Wave, and Deep Curly over the last 5 years and I'm Thankful that I found this company. I love this company and I will spend every dime on this hair after spending thousands of dollars with other bad hair companies that hair didn't last long. I only have to purchase hair once a year and that's only being I want another style. The consistence has never changed over the years and yes I weigh my bundles. Each bundle roughly weighs anywhere from 3.2-3.5oz and you should weigh your bundle if you feel like it's not enough. When its in the bundle it can appear to look like it's not enough hair, but when it's installed it will be plenty of hair. My stylist knows how to properly install a frontal, so I never had a problem with my frontal not blending or looking wiggy. The frontals are thin lace and my stylist said it actually makes her job easy to install. I honestly don't have one thing to say bad about this company and their product over the 5 years I have been shopping with them. They're simply the best in the game and my stylist, friends, and family all can say the same. Every time I've called the customer service number they've always been so nice and helped with any of my questions or concerns. I can't see how anyone would have a problem with this hair. It must be either they don't know how to take care of it, They ordered the wrong hair they probably didn't want, or their stylist isn't good at doing the install. But I'm extremely happy with my purchases over the years and I will never leave Kendra's Boutique. Keep rocking Kendra's Boutique.

haven't purchased hair, but based on this experience & other reviews I don't think I ever will. I purchased the swarovski straighter, curling set, the paddle brush (pink barbie brush), and 3 detangling brushes (all items came blinged out in swarovski crystals). Can't complain about the curling set, but the straightener is not worth the money. The plates are very small, and you can do much better for the price. My paddle brush broke after a month, and all the crystals are falling off of ALL the brushes. For items so expensive you'd think they'd keep themselves together for more than a couple months. On top of that customer service is TERRIBLE and they will speak to you like you're stupid.

I purchased platinum blonde hair from them in which my frontal was platinum but my bundles were goldish. My hair shedded horribly. My hair was napph like hair store hair after only having it in for a week. And it was also stiff.
