I purchased 2 bundles and a frontal and had it made into a wig. It held up for the first 5 weeks, then the frontal began to shed like crazy. I have countless bald patches throughout the front of my wig. Definitely a waste of money.

Only hair I buy now! Last long!! Looks beautiful, wet!! I don't understand those bad reviews. The hair is a great quality!!

At first, I wasn't going to give Kendra's Boutique one star. But when I think about it, that's really all it's worth. Let's start with the GOOD: the hair looks beautiful. I purchased three bundles plus a frontal. 18" 22" and two 24". When the hair is straighten, it is silky and lavishing. When it's curled, it looks sleek. Not too much volume, but more so a natural look. When I wash it and let it air dry - it is Fab! Oh & the frontal? Looks VERY natural around the edges. (but that could of just been my stylist slaying... who knows) Here's the BAD: the first thing I thought to myself once I opened my package from Kendra's is "these bundles look a little light". My appointment was the next day after the hair was delivered, and I worried that the bundles I purchased would not be enough to give me the full sew in look I needed. Fortunately enough, it did. Aside from that, the SHEDDING IS UNCONTROLLABLE. Literally, UNCONTROLLABLE. I'm not new to sew ins, nor any length pass 22". I have been wearing weaves for some time now, and I can't believe how much shedding I've experienced with hair from Kendra's Boutique. If I run my fingers through my hair, BOOM: shedding. If I put my hair into a pony tail, BOOM: shedding around the scrunchie. If I lay down next to my man, BOOM: a trail of hair left behind on the pillow! Smh. Unnecessary amounts of hair all in his face because of Kendra. As far as the frontal, yes I have some shedding in certain areas. Some that look like bald spots. And yes, I do cover it so that it isn't obvious. But that is to be expected from any hair company. Frontal's only last BUT so long. I'm not going to hold that agains Kendra's Boutique, this is something I've learned through the years. But I feel the need to mention the shedding on the frontal, because I know not everyone has the experience to know what is expected. I didn't bother contacting her personally. I look at it as a lost. A L I'll just have to take. From the previous reviews, I doubt she will suddenly care about the experiences of her customers. Plus, despite the shedding, the hair does look good. <----- Hence the one star. What's the point in having good looking hair, if all it's going to do is fall out? Like I said, I'm not new to weaves. Any hair company can make hair look good, but quality is everything. Needless to say, I will not be a returning customer.

Like most typical hair extension businesses, you might get a good batch but you also might get a bad one. This is not good enough especially if shipping alone is $50 Aud (as i'm in australia). This batch, i got only two months ago and it is horrid. Shedding, shedding and more shedding. Ooh and tangling! I don't think it will last me another month as how thin and grotty it is looking. I contacted kendra directly on instagram she asked me for photos i sent her my hair AS WELL AS a sink full of hair also to just show what a daily brush looks like. I was astonished and disgusted by her response. "it looks dry" "buy such and such products so that it doesn't shed". No apology, no realistic option. Can't take the responsibility of sending out crappy hair, instead, let's blame the customer and assume she doesn't take care of her hair, I told her i could send her photos of all the products i buy and use as i take pride in taking care of my hair. I don't even use heat on it for gods sake, this is unprofessional and down right rude and selfish. She couldn't care less about her customers, she only sees $$$$. Left on seen, typically, like most other girls on here. Sent more messages, opened, never heard back.

Very Unprofessional & RUDE !

Depuis septembre 2016 à ce mois de 2017 ,jai acheté pour plus de 2000 dollars de cheveux (tissages et clôtures)...alors ma dernière commande c'était le 10. Mai ,un lot de 5 paquets de mèches ,450 dollars ,1 closures 125 dollars et 60 dollars de produits macadamia 😏Le 26 mai après une longue attente je reçois la moitié de ma commande et depuis personne ne me répond au téléphone kendrasboutique 😡😡plus jamais je suis trés trés déçu
