I'm not satisfied with my order. The texture of the hair in frontal was not at all what I expected. The frontal was very thin and i was not able to use it. This was my second time ordering a frontal and I wasn't happy the 1st time but decided to get it another try. Needless to say I will be moving on from this company

I ordered what i thought was pictured. Three bundles and a closure. When the order arrived it was only the closure. I felt that it was very misleading. Why put the bundles in the advertising if it’s not included or have more than one picture showing the closure only. I tried calling the number listed, but there was no answer. It was my birthday so i has to spend another 300.00 just to keep my hair appointment while waiting on help with a refund for this order. I was not at all satisfied. I paid 18.00 for shipping for something i didnt order or want then i had to turn right back around and pay for shipping to send back and none of the shipping was refunded. I won’t do business here again.

Hear is delivered timely, but for my last order I ordered 3 Bundles and braiding hair, they sent braiding hair and crochet, I was told to return the crochet Hair and I would get my refund with is fine, did that this morning 09/10/2026. I have been calling from this morning to now and no one has answered my call nothing. Kendra owes me $510 plus the Double tax they charge for shipping to NY, I just need my refund this is so unprofessional and not good. Now I guess if I do not hear from them I will need to get a lawyer involved to get my money back which is not right. KendraBoutique, have someone call me and return my email with my refund please. You have way too much celebrity clients to not want to refund my money

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience with this wig or their customer service. Spent $350 for a wig that doesn’t even cover most of my head. Customer service was not helpful as well and made me feel like I was the one who made the mistake purchasing this wig even though I provided comparison photos of this wig versus another 5x5 glueless wig from another vendor that still managed to cover most if not all of my head. If you want a good quality wig with better customer service, I recommend Alipearl Hair instead.

Hair smells like feet washed 3 times soaking the third time and the smell remained. Trash

Hair quality is awful

I was so excited to get the raw hair until I got it the hair sucks o was better off getting the regular bundles from Kendra’s been a customer for years and lately the hair just hasn’t been good quality

My frontal was PROFESSIONALLY installed and still my frontal is matting continuously the hair from this company is usually good but this was a waste of money from my frontal will not be buying again !
