Initially placed an order with Kendras on Monday June 18(#148632). I got a notice back was cancelled due to fraud. Called Kendra's they said it was due to shipping to an address other than the billing(my billing goes to my PO Box and I was shipping to a physical address). Called my bank, they updated the address. On Tuesday, placed another order(#148755), got confirmation order being fulfilled, checked with the bank and they could see the authorization so I thought things were fine. On Wednesday morning, I called Kendras because I didn't have any shipping details and I paid for the express 2-3 day shipping. Very nice young lady explained at 10:15am the order was fine and I would have tracking by mid day they had just opened. WELL GUESS what...at 10:26am I get another email the order has been canceled due to fraud!! I called and spoke to another person in the fraud department who said now I needed to send over my drivers licences and place another order.... I have been loyal to this brand since 2014 and have sent so many ladies to their site to purchase hair, but it ends today! No hair and now I have to find another vendor last minute. Poor service, and lack of communication unacceptable when I am giving you $300+ dollars

I have been purchasing hair from Kendra’s for 2 years. Love it!! I purchased hair on 4/4/18 received it 4/9/18. I’m a college student so I order things in advance because I’m on a budget. Fast forward 6/18/18 I finally open the hair start co washing bundle by bundle and I only have 4 of 5 bundles. I paid $450 for the 5 bundle deal. I call and tell the lady what’s going on. She says it been over 3 months ( actuality it’s been 2) and says there is nothing we can do. Because I need 5 bundles and I already ordered 5 bundles and somehow someone may have forgotten or whatever the case is I now have to pay an additional $110 plus over night shipping cost which I believe is $20-$25. That’s $135 on top of the $450 I already paid for the 5 bundles I needed. I realize it was 2 months later, being a college student and papers and finals to write I did now check it right away. At this this point I’m even like I will pay half the cost, but the lady is just says we can NOT do anything. I’m vert upset and I will NOT order hair from here anymore. After 2 years of great hair quality, and this being the only issue I’ve ever had with them. I’m just disappointed I would have paid half the cost to have the missing bundle shipped. It’s just disappointing because I understand it being 2 months and I’m willing to work something out paying 50% of the cost. Ugh I’m just so upset right now, and now I’m short 1 bundle and have to figure out how I’m going to get my hair, what I’m going to to because I don’t have all the hair necessary

Omg I can't even begin to explain how much I am in love with my Kendra's boutique hair. I can't even believe more people haven't left a great review about this hair, because I'm sure they have thousands of happy customers despite the few bad reviews you'll see on the internet (Which is normal for all hair companies that I see online because everyone is not going to be happy with only one company. I myself have went through several hair companies before I found Kendra's Boutique. But I don't care what anyone have to say I LOVEEEEEEEE their hair. It's really the best hair I ever had in my entire life and it's worth every since dime that you pay for it which is super affordable. I ordered the black Body wave and I dyed it red. It dyed without any problem and I have had the hair for 6 months now. I wish I could insect a picture, but Kendra's Boutique posted it on their snapchat. The owner is always posting great feedback from their real customers on their snap, so maybe y'all should follow them to see the real feedback. On the internet people can say anything that's not really honest about a company to try to make them look bad. But Honestly I love this hair and I have had it for 6 months now without any tangling or shedding. Best hair I ever purchased and I haven't yet to see any competition with this company.

I ordered off kendras boutique twice. The first time the platinum blonde closure & second the platinum blonde frontal, I would never reccomend this site to anyone! Both times the hair starting balding on top in less than a month very cheap quality, lace ripped easily and overall the hair shed lots. (And yes I ordered a second time although I wasnt completely satisfied the first, the idea behind that was I thought I was too harsh on the hair the first time around and would give it a second try because I did read lots of positive reviews online). In my opinion you're much better off spending your money elsewhere

I don’t know if some of the posts on here are true but I can only speak on my experience. I have been shopping with Kendra for about two years. My first purchase I ordered 4 bundles of the Brazilian straight hair and fell in love I donated those bundles and ordered my second batch of bundles since it is almost summer I ordered the deep wave i ordered on a Wednesday I received it on Saturday when I first opened it there was no smell of corn chips that I read about on some reviews it smelled like it was in a warehouse but when I started running my fingers through the hair it was a little to tangly. As with any hair I washed it and deep conditioned it and let it air dry it is so beautiful and the closure is so bomb I have ordered from different vendors before but I love Kendra maybe washing and deep conditioning with cold water and let it air dry also about the blonde bundles I’m a firm believer that colored hair doesn’t last or look as good as natural hair but that’s just my opinion I love Kendra boutique she has never failed me and she has deals a year around

Purchased 3 bundles of deep wave extensions from company on 4/13/2018 - Order # 13442. Total payment of $265. Hair was successfully delivered on 4/20. Hair was installed on Tues 4/24 within one day hair was tangled, matted, and hard. Hair does not appear human. Hair seems synthetic in nature. Contacted provider on Apr 30 and spoke to rep from company. Was told to purchase ORS curl refresher and leave in conditioner for maintenance of hair and this should make hair better. Not to mention none of this is listed on website. The only info listed on website is hair is "high maintenance". There is no reference to having to continually wash hair and apply supplies listed above every day. If this was listed on website, I would not have purchased hair. Nonetheless, I purchased all ingredients and used them as ordered. Hair continues to be matted, tangled, now shedding, and hard. Hair only looks human when soak and wet after washing. Contacted company on 5/7/2018 with updates and also explained to rep that even after completing all recommendations given the hair continues to be defective. The rep asked me to send pics. I sent pics and video of the hair. I repeatedly asked rep if the hair could be exchanged for some other hair. Rep told me the only thing she can do for me is give me $15 off my next purchase. This is not acceptable. I do not desire monetary compensation. I feel as if I have given away $265. This hair is not human and it is defective. I have been wearing weave all my life and also have lots of experience with hair companies. I have never been treated so unprofessionally in my life. This business came highly recommended. The people who work here lack integrity and professionalism. I would not ever purchase hair from this establishment again and I recommend you save your money as well.

I have been ordering hair from them since 2013 , I’m not sure if they have a new vendor but, my bundles are very nappy and they shed every time I brush it. This is unlike them I’m very disappointed. I pay a lot of money and I shouldn’t feel like I got my hair from the beauty supply store.
