My item was good but, customer service is terrible. She never uploaded shipping info for my order and sent it USPS requiring a signature. I had it shipped to my grandmothers house because it was a gift for my daughter and I didn’t want her to find it. If I’d known it required a signature I would have arranged to be there. But, when the seller doesn’t upload tracking info and you have no clue that it shipped let alone requires a signature it’s hard to plan for that!!!! I emailed multiple times and never received responses until I filed a paypal claim almost a month later. Ridiculous business practice. Terrible customer service. No communication. I will never order from her again.

They are the worst hair everrrrr you would think what the advertise is good hair but its soooo cheap n stink. I bought a 360 frontal as I finished creating my wig and put it on the whole frontal came apart. .... a waste of 170 ..... I called them and this girl said ..... they wont be able to refund me or do anything about it but give me 50% off my next purchase. 😡😡😡 girl I look like I want to order from you again. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEMMMMM

I've been shopping with Kendras Boutique for the past 3 years. I only buy the body wave. The lengths that I go for are 16,18,20 or all 18. When ever I order their hair, it comes with in 5 days and the bundles are nice and full. They are true to length and dont have a foul smell. At least my bundles didnt smell. Each purchase (2) lasted over a year. The first purchase I installed it, wore it for 3 months, took it out then installed it again and got it cut into a style. Second purchase I had it installed and wore it for 3 1/2 months then took it out, then installed it again and wore that for another 2 months. If you really take care of your hair, it can really last all year long. I am about to purchase my next 3 bundles and im excited bc I miss it. I love the weight of the hair bc my real hair has high density so I would like for my weave to have high density as well. Kendras Boutique has been great to me .

DO NOT BUY there hair smells like FEET and when u call customer service they tell u to wash it as if that isnt the first thing u do !! I'm a licensed cosmologists the hair quality is good but the foul smell makes the hair impossible to wear.

I have been with Kendra's for years and always have good experience with thier hair, always last me a year plus....but this last time I ordered 3 bundles (20,22,24). They were very skimpy not thick at all the 24 was more wider then the 22....we pay Kendra's to much money to be cheated I like a full head of hair !!! Please get it together

Horrible hair

I ordered three bundles (20",22",24") and a closure (18") of the body waves on Black Friday for the "great" discount they were having. They took my money but had canceled the order for no reason. On Monday, I called them and they told me they would put the money back into my account but I could no longer get the original Black Friday discount because it was now Monday. The lady on the phone was pretty rude but I rubbed it off and continued to purchase the hair because they were having a small deal on Cyber Monday. The hair came a week or two later but I did not have someone make it into a wig for a while. I kept the hair in its original packaging and it seemed like it was decent hair (nothing great, but not terrible), although it did smell bad. After a few months I had someone make it into a wig. I have been wearing this wig for less than a month and my final review of this hair is that it is TERRIBLE!!!! I paid over $350+ for hair that has matted, some grey hairs, is stiff, sheds like crazy, has all of these split ends, and is highly frizzy. Some other reviewer said they think the hair is synthetic and I could not agree more!! I thought I was crazy but it seems like they mixed synthetic hair with some real hair. This hair is complete trash and I really wanted to love it. The wave pattern is beautiful and the hair when done correctly looks beautiful. However, the beauty will only last a couple of hours and the hair will start to frizz and mat. Mind you, this is a WIG that I take off at night, when I swim or workout, so the wear and tear of this wig is not nearly as extensive as that of weave. I am so thankful I did not use this hair as weave because I can only imagine how raggedy it would be. WASTE OF MONEY, EFFORT, AND TIME!!! And on top of terrible quality, the customer service is trash!!!!! I really really wanted to love this hair but I work too hard for my money to be throwing it at a company that does not care about their customers or producing quality hair.

Purchase 3 bundles of the platinum blonde and a closure 485.00 gone down the drain. This is the worst hair I've ever experienced, my closure lasted only 2 weeks its ridiculous how much the hair sheds the wind can blow and you could see the hair in the air unacceptable. It is wrong in so many ways to sell a product knowing the longevity and quality of the hair isn't worth the price. I understand it's a business but if you know a product isn't great take it off the market until you can find better product,you have to remember people work hard for their money.
