Kendra's BoutiqueReviews of kendrasboutique.com

Delivery service is great, product comes extremely fast love that. But let’s get into the actual hair now, I ordered 3 bundles of 22in and the hair was not enough for a small head person. Hair is very thin and very small portion per bundle. Was real disappointed in the quality of the hair was expecting better. Hair is just very thin for me and to see the portion per bundle was mind blowing. So thank God I had extra hair at home to finish my instal because the 3 bundle was not doing it at all.

The bundles are extremely short and my beautician could barely cover my head. Very expensive product to not receive what was expected.

The next day the wig I ordered went on sale. I would have waited if the sale.was advertised in the website. I was a brand new customer that was referred by my cousin who is a repeat customer and I didn't see a place to acknowledge her referral..she purchases your bundles and closures to make a wig and the hair is BEAUTIFUL. Very natural.looking and with very little maintenance she always looks.like she just got her her done. I ordered one of your full lace wigs and the texture doesn't look or feel the same. I've been reluctant to have it installed. I was expecting the wig to be like her bundles. It's still in the packaging. Im not motivated to have it installed.

The hair is good but the Closure hd lace is not HD at all its a scam and i didnt like the fact that for the blond hair is only one bundle but on the picture there 3 bundle

I order hair at the beginning of October, I received and email saying it was shipped on the 10th, by 10/18 I still Didn’t have any update.Your gave me and extra bundle I’m sure for the inconvenience . However, don’t allow customers to order if the product isn’t in stock. Other than that, I’m a loyal Kendra’s customer.

The hair is very good quality. But yall went up on the price & the bundles have less hair in it

Hair is good quality but they’re still faulty. I paid for 2 x 24 inch bundles and 1 x 22. The 24’s came as a 22 and the 22 came as an 18. Any one with two eyes can see the bundles were literally 4-5 inches apart. Probably won’t buy again and I didn’t bother reaching out to them since I don’t have the time to wait.

I have been buying hair from Kendra's Boutique for about 4 years now and I don't mind spending the money for great quality. I'm usually very satisfied with my bundles. I normally get the deep wave, loose deep wave but I decided to try out body wave this time. My hair sheds all the time. Usually I experience shedding after I done wore the hair to death (over a year). I swore by this hair and would never give no other hair company a chance but I think I have to start shopping for a different brand for now on.
