I payed 500 for 3 bundles and a frontal unit the hair is good the first four months. Afterwards it begins to shed badly. DONT SHOP HERE

I have been shopping with Kendra's for roughly 3 years now and I will not be giving them another dime of my money. 1. For starters, the quality of their closures and bundles have gone down tremendously. The prices have increased yet the quality of the hair hasn't. The quality has actually gotten worse. I recently bought a $120 silk based natural straight closure and it was such a waste of money. It began balding within two weeks and I could only use it twice in a 5 month spam. The bundles have gotten smaller. 2. I recently just spent over $400 for a 3 bundle deal and closure. Not only was my package not delivered on time, but when I got home from work Saturday night I was told that I missed the signing and now my package was stuck at the post office until Sunday. I had graduation photos the next day therefore I had to pay $200 in rescheduling fees due to the fact that nowhere was I notified that I had to sign for the package. So I call Kendra's to tell them about the incident & how upset I was. Not only was the customer service representative rude as hell and clearly hadn't been trained to speak to customers politely. When I told her that I have ordered here for over two years and have never signed and other companies have notified me when I needed to be present at home for my package, she constantly told me in a VERY rude tone. "Well I order from companies too so thats a lie. That isn't true. It isn't our job to notify you." Then when directed to a supervisor she was rude as hell and not only was yelling in my ear, but relayed the same inconsiderate message. 3. I had received a $15 discount code and I applied to another order BEFORE I confirmed and went back to change my bundle package. When I attempted to apply the code on the new order, it said that it had already been used. When clearly it hadn't given that I hadn't completed an order with it. I emailed Kendra's Boutique in regards to getting another code and I never got a response. Then when I called customer service they informed me that they couldn't do anything about it? Which was clearly a bs lie. I used to be a huge fan of this company but the quality of the hair does not match the price and the customer service representatives are untrained and ghetto as hell. They have absolutely NO clue how to talk to customers. Especially ones that spend over $400 on your products that aren't as good as they once were. Word of advice DO NOT order from them. Once they get their money they are unconcerned with any problems in regards to your order. Save yourself the money and the stress. There are other hair companies with better products and customer service representatives that know how to professionally speak to a client. Don't get robbed of your money.

The hair is good, it tangles a little but it easily brushes out and sheds a little. I wrap at night and in the morning it's great... Now this is where my problem comes in, this hair smells so bad OMG my kids keep saying that is smells like corn chips so I'm wondering if they smell it to my coworkers smell it. When I say it smells bad it smells bad... I would love to order again because I really like the hair and I've washed it several times but the funky smell comes right back :( I'm just gone leave it alone and order from somewhere else because i can't be smelling like corn chips.

IMA NEED MY CHANGE$ Unfortunately I have to give Kendra’s Boutique a very bad review. February 25th I ordered 3 bundles and and frontal. My order was placed successfully. So I thought. Until I received a text message 1 day later saying my order was canceled. Due to the billing and shipping address not being the same (my own fault for not reading that before hand). Even still the site states refunds are 24-48 hours. I gave them a call to confirm my refund, and the assistant let me know I was fully refunded, and to give it one or two more days. So I should have been refunded by the 2nd of March. So my question now is where TF is my $417🤬

Honestly (No I am not getting paid for this), this is the only hair company I trust my money with. I have been buying hair from Kendra for the past 3 years and I will never go to another vendor. The hair is extremely thick and soft, the prices are great and she sends little gifts here and there. The only thing I will slightly complain about is shipping. I personally hate waiting for hair and that has nothing to do with this company. A lot of yall complaints are because yall arent use to quality and it SHOWS!!! Great deals around EVERY Holiday.

I ordered 3 bundles and closure paid extra $30 for it to be here 2-3 days . I never got a tracking number from the beginning then they cancelled the order . My money has yet to be refunded to my account. I’ve emailed them multiple times why they stalled to cancel my order and where tf is my $405

I’m so disappointed in this purchase after seeing her instagram full of her “hair dolls”, i wanted to love this hair but her customer service is horrible she sent me three bundles that weren’t the same textures it was so obvious, I sent them a picture through email and called 3 times to get my issue resolved and after the 3rd call they didn’t want to do anything, no refund no exchange nothing. In addition, the hair is so thin and their “body wave” has no BODY or maybe it’s cause i did receive the WRONG texture.

I love kendra's hair. It's beautiful hair and it smells good.The hair also has nice texture.I been using the hair since I started college. people most have nothing good to say about their product. so far 2 1/2 years I been using it and never has disappoints me. Just to be clear no paid me to say this or give a fake review. The only thing I would change is the time I would get the hair instead of waitng 7-10 days.
