Attention ne pas acheté j'ai mis à la poubelle 583$ pour un perruque blanc c'est nul de chez nulllllllllll la densité est même de 50% la taille est très petite pourtant j'ai une petite tête moi quand j'ai vu des avis ailleurs positive je me suis dis peut être c'est une mauvaise publicité de chez le concurrent mais nonnnnnnnnnn c'est la vérité un perruque qui ne vaut pas 10$ attention n'acheté pas

I have ordered from Kendra numerous times. This most recent, order shipped 4/23/19. I ordered 22-24-26 body wave and the hair was no where near body wave. I had graduation that weekend and my stylist only had one appointment which was 9am on a Wednesday. That left me no time to re-order hair. The hair shed tremendously without barely being touch doing a first look at from shipping. I spent almost 300 with Kendra never will again. ISEE hair by aliexpress is 3x cheaper and comparable to whatever new vendor Kendra is choosing to use. I attempted to call and like many other customers there as no answer or response from "customer service."

Unlike the other ladies, I did not experience the rudeness, but I also didn’t speak directly with anyone. I ordered 3 bundles of deep wavy and the hair is mediocre. YES, no matter the length of the bundle the prices are the same and YES this could be a good thing. However, this is definitely NOT 100% human hair and it sheds a lot! It’s also nappy at the ends. Please invest elsewhere, because I wasn’t too impressed! I’m in Georgia and Atlanta has a million better hair suppliers! Oh yeah I used my boyfriends Facebook account because I heard Kendra and her customer service reps were ghetto and ratchet! I don’t have time for them to be calling and messaging me!

I used to swear by this hair....it is HORRIBLE now!!!! She must have changed vendors it shows. The wig I got from her was so thin and the hair was sub par at best. She will never get another dime of my money! I've tried to call and I get no response...I had been buying hair since like 2014...she lost a good customer

I ordered from Kendra’s boutique early in the week last week, a straight full lace wig, and received it Saturday. I pulled the wig out of the box, which was packaged very nicely, and I was underwhelmed. The wig at first glance was incredibly thin, which is really sad because i have a big head and I need that density. The wig itself fits over my head fine, but it’s so thin, I could have done better with AliExpress. For $595, I expect 150% density to be DENSE. I’d hate to see what they try and pass off as 100%. So far, density is my main problem with the hair. My last hair was from aliexpress. It was almost 6 months old and was shedding like a dog. I’d probably lost at least half of the hair that I started with and at the end of it’s life, that hair was STILL thicker than this. The texture of the hair is nice, not the best, and using no extra product besides water, the hair did not hold overnight flexi rod curls well at all. The wig is not totally preplucked, you still have to do a lot of customizing. Baby hairs are long, not as long as the rest of the hair but very long for baby hair. There’s lots of short flyaways anywhere I part the wig. I haven’t experienced much shedding, if any at all. A couple of tangles here and there, but that’s expected with long lengths. At the end of it, I’ve had this hair installed for 4 days and I’m not impressed. I bought bundles and a frontal from the beauty supply store in town for a last minute event (and I live in a very small town) and was more impressed with that. The hairs themselves are very fine, but they are also spaced far apart. I don’t know if any of the other textures would have the same density issues, but Insta pictures have bamboozled me already so now I don’t trust it at all. Save your money, you can buy hair of the same quality for less than half the price.

I was disappointed because I expected more from Kendra's hair. First I paid an extra $30 for express shipment which came late! I called and emailed the company and there was no response or apology! The hair is ok, it's more silky than I expected and my rollers slips out easily. This is my honest opinion. Work on your customer service because you are nothing without your customers!

DONT RESOND TO EMAILS NOR CALLS WHEN INQUIRING ABOUT YOUR ORDER ... I’ll never purchase from this gurl again... then she’ll delete your comment if you post on her page regarding your order....

I literally just received my hair and took it out the package today. I will say the hair feels and smells good. But this bodywave is a joke. It should be called an unfinished twist instead. There’s no body or wave to this hair at all. I wish I could upload pictures. Kendra’s Boutique should be ashamed of themselves for sending out product like this. Beauty Supply hair or cheap aliexpress hair have a way better wave than this. When I saw this hair all I could do was laugh and shake my damn head. I’m hoping a wand curl can get it together.
