My former coworker recommended me to buy hair from Kendras boutique. I always stick to all virgin hair boutique, true glory, or traces of fiji. I received the straight hair and it was good hair. It just had a corn chip odor to it! I ordered more hair for a bob and I can say the hair was brown. It wouldn’t change when I tried watercoloring it jet black. My hairstylist tried to dye it as well and she said the same thing. She made the hair into a wig and it was cool! Ok, recently I ordered deepwave 26,28,30. The hair is trash! It sheds and even tangles!!! Never again. Oh and don’t forget the hair is brown! I received a deep wave frontal from traces of fiji and the frontal is way better than the Kendra’s actual hair. It so dry and matted! I braid and tie it up every night. I use water and a little mousse to keep the curls in some days. Customer Service is bad too! They will hang up in your face without saying thank you or have a good day. Spend your money somewhere else, they give all their good hair to celebrities and give regular people the mess!

I love Kendra’s Boutique hair. I can use multiple times, after washing and conditioning and I’m flowing in the wind. I will continue to buy her hair. I have received multiple compliments, so I know the hair is the bomb.com A satisfied customer Dominique Evans

Hopefully you googled Kendra boutique and scrolled down to see all of her BAD reviews before buying. I didn’t, and she got me BAD. I paid $500 for 3 bundles and a closure and it was the WORST hair I ever had! It shedded the minute I ran my fingers through it. It was like I had a fury ball in my hand it was so bad! Smh. It smelled like CORN CHIPS. And even when I washed it the smell would NOT go away. I had no choice but to get it installed bc I was going on a cruise in 2 days. So I ended up paying $700 for hair I only wore for 5 Days!!!! I had to take it out immediately after the cruise bc it was tangled and it SMELLED so bad! Even my boyfriend said oh no that hair has to go! It was a family cruise (his family) and I didn’t want to be around anyone really bc I didn’t want them to smell that hair. It was soooo embarrassing! NEVER AGAIN. Not to mention their customer service is HORRIBLE. I did, however, find a great hair company through all of this from a girl on the cruise bc she smelled my hair. She gave me her card SK Hair Collection. Their hair is AMAZING! It’s true Virgin hair no shedding and NO smell. The bundles are soooo thick too! I get all my hair from them now so I don’t have to worry about getting scammed by another “hair company” like Kendra’s 🙄. Their IG is @skhairco if you want to check them out. I brought a 360 blonde and it was horrible my hair was an Afro I got caught in the rain and it never went back straight again

Their wigs are horrible. I ordered the 485.00 blonde wig colored it pink and the same night I wore the wig it tangled at the ends very bad. Then a couple days later it started shedding bad. I will never buy another wig from Kendra’s Boutique. It’s sad that I paid that much for a wig and the Quality of the wig was depressing.

The wig is completely different than what is shown on the picture. I called the company and they stated to me that the wig is lower quality than other hair that I have purchased from them because it is on a lace in an attempt to explain why the wig (which is more expensive than their other items) is not as good as the weft hair. She also said the wig is 150 density. What does 150 density mean exactly? It’s their responsibility as professionals to ensure the customer knows what they are buying based on the information they provide. All I have is the picture to go by to determine how thick I can expect the wig to be. The description on the picture said it has been styled but no mention that additional hair was added to make it thicker. I was expecting the wig to be similar thickness like the picture but instead the wig is very very thin and doesn’t make the same curl as shown on the picture, it doesn’t hold a curl and is of very poor quality. The company is misleading customers and sending products that are completely different than what is advertised.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE OMG. I love to support black businesses but damn they sometimes make it so hard! It's outrageous. I purchased items on the sale they had (July 4). I just moved so ALL my cards are associated with my old address. So today I get an email that my items were refunded. I called and the woman rudely explained its their policy that address much match. Ok cool but I'm unable to order at all as I just moved. All my cards are associated with my old address. I asked if i can just reorder with my friend/family card with the sale price to be honored. She rudely advised that cannot happen. States sale ended yesterday. But how was I to know that it would have been canceled when I just got the email today? There's a way to do things and this isn't it. Their customer service skills need help. At least offer to honor a price or speak a different way. I for one am flabbergasted with the rudeness and for lack of better words, ghettoness

The hair from here is ok but don’t order from here if you require good customer service for your money. Because if you have an issue the business hours are not as advertised for phone calls, the email is just for show, and you won’t get a reply on any social media platform if you send an SOS. When you do FINALLY get someone you will get an excuse for every issue with an attitude on top of it. I’ve ordered more than once but this is my first time having an issue where I had to follow up so I was definitely surprised with this horrible customer service because they’re nice when you’re ordering but god forbid you want a refund or an exchange.
