This is the same company that did business under the name Souk + Sepia, they had terrible reviews as well. It appears that they closed that site and rebranded as Kelly Obi NY with the same shipping and quality issues.

Omg! Why didn’t I read the reviews before ordering??? I definitely would have saved myself time, money, and aggravation. Not only do the orders take FOREVER (I’m still waiting…ordered early November), but the customer service is the WORST EVER! Kelly Obi’s customer service is NON-EXISTENT. All of my inquiries regarding my orders (there are two) have gone unanswered. I will definitely go as far as needed about getting a refund…. I don’t even want the stuff anymore. Kelly, you lost a good one…I have a shopping addiction that YOU will not benifit from.

If I could give a zero I would this is what happens when you try to support your black community with trash like this company. I ordered something back in November and still haven’t received it thank God I only spent 40 bucks but it’s the principle of it, and as soon as I find out, who the company is, I’m going to report them as fraud. They don’t even respond back to the numerous emails that I have sent.

I ordered in October 2024 and have not heard from the company with shipping information or order number. I will be contacting the authorities for mail fraud.

I placed an order on November 3. It still says it is unfulfilled even though it stated it would arrive between November 8 and November 13th. I have reached out via email and the chat on the site with no response. At this point I just want a refund and I will never order from this site again. I feel like this is a scam. Very disappointed.

Yes I purchased a jacket and not received it yet she is taking my money but I have not got my item I have reached out to her even called they don't answer I just want my money back .yes I am still trying to get my money back.i will never buy anything from her ever again. Sign angry

IF I COULD LEAVE A 0 STAR RATING I WOULD! The worst company I’ve ever shopped from!! I ordered a scarf coat from them and wasn’t even aware it was a preorder since they had several of the same jackets on different links. Ordered since Nov 11th and NO REPLIES from them. Emailed, tried their “chat” and even their Instagram (which btw, THEY DELETE NEGATIVE REVIEWS/ ORDER INQUIRIES FROM) they claim that shipping takes long because of their “free shipping” but I have ordered from several companies that used free shipping and it has never taken this long! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

I wish I had read these reviews before placing an order. Paid for a “pre-order” of an item expected to ship in 2-3 weeks. This was a month ago. I have messaged these folks three times and they refuse to respond. Terrible business practices.
