I ordered from Kelly Obi NY twice in…
I ordered from Kelly Obi NY twice in early 2024. It took about 3 weeks, but I received both items ( a sweatshirt and a necklace), and they were both of good quality. I guess I was lucky.

It pains me to write this review…
It pains me to write this review as I’ve been rolling long with these ladies since they were Seouk & Sepia. When they came back as Kelly Obie, I was beyond excited and ordered and received all of my items up until 4th quarter of this year. Something happened. Now I eventually got everything but ordered back in October. I pray that you all can fix this and get back on track as your offerings are very unique and the prices were amazing. My only recommendation is that in business you never go ghost. You do better delivering bad news vs no news at all. Be well and #standonbusiness

I trust yall & where’s my coat?? Help please
I have given a 3 star because I’ve ordered & received high quality items before. Even told many friends about this shop. I know they’ve had a hard time but my most recent order is on their sister site so I’m wondering why I haven’t received my order? Based on these reviews I’m hoping to get a quicker response here & receive that coat! This was my last on my winter buys list & considering I don’t have a black puffer of course I ordered it from this shop which gained my trust on my other items. Please send it before it’s warm lol! No longer a zero
I initially gave Kelly Obi a one star review based on the comments below, but because I eventually received a refund and a massive discount code I updated with three stars. I will give her another try. "I ordered a dress and the status not yet shipped continued to be active after a few days. I inquired about my order and when/why it hadn't been shipped and my order was canceled which customer service claimed I requested, not true. I was also told I had been issued a refund, it never happened. I have repeatedly contacted customer service seeking a resolution, but they no longer respond to my emails. I was scammed out of money and the dress I ordered. "
