I am unable to log in from my cellphone. First off when I go to the website on my cellphone there is no link to login anymore. Mention this to them through Messenger and they send me a link to change my password. I change it through their link provided in my email which has a login link It gets accepted. Then I try to log in right after that using my new correct password and it says it doesnt work. And now my account is locked.I keep telling them the same thing and all u get is a link to change my password.

Ik heb meegedaan voor Pringles poloroid nu aktie. Ik heb 6 Pringles buizen hier. Alle loting nummers zegt invalide loting nummers zijn. Dan zegt eerste moet inloggen dat gebeurt bijna nooit. Ik probeerde contact opnemen om te vragen hoe en wat, dat ook niet gelukt. Ze moeten gewoon stoppen met soort waardeloze akties waar stuur de kinderen gek. Wat is er aan de hand ? Ik bedoel ze waren een goed bedrijf geweest. Geef een aktie om te meedoen waar moet je inloggen en dan altijd inloggen niet lukt is qua een valse aktie in mijn gevoel.

I have to agree with previous reviews. It's called a rewards program but you really aren't being rewarded with anything. The website has login problems to the point where you don't want to bother logging in at all. You earn a good deal of points (I've earned 200 points just for logging in once a month) yet the "rewards" or "gifts" are literally useless. In the past, I decided to use my points towards one of their donation funds because I don't need a coloring book or a cup.

This program used to be great and worth my time. However, currently their site is often down, constantly locking accounts even when your info is accurate, security used is excessive and a joke. Links sent never work and now I’m locked out because their system doesn’t work at all. The rewards are a serious insult just like their coupons. Prices of items are double other products, yet they offer a .50 coupon or better yet a$2.00 coupon if you buy 5 boxes of cereal. What a scam. I stopped buying there products when double coupons stopped. Most stores won’t even take printed coupons any more so the coupons offered on line only are useless. I also noticed that newspaper coupons haven’t been in existence for a long time.If I could give a negative star review I would.

This is probably the worst rewards program that I belong to, and I subscribe to dozens of them. First of all, they don't have an app. Therefore, you have to keep logging in to the website. The website has had several errors since I have been a member. The one star is for the customer service. They normally respond promptly and try to remedy errors. Today I logged in, about a week after I have uploaded points. The website told me it had been 90 days since I had uploaded points and they were all expired. However, I earned 500 points 7 days ago. They did grant me a get out of jail free type redemption to get my points back. Worst of all, they have the worst gift catalog I have ever seen. Stuff I couldn't imagine anyone would care about and only a dozen or so options. If I ever do find something to redeem my points for, I will redeem them and drop this program.

Solid honest company that has its customers best interests at heart..

Since the beginning of September I have been trying multiple times each day to Login to Kelloggs Family Rewards with absolutely no success. Prior to that the system did at least work sporatically. Have over 30,000 points that may now expire because I am unable to sucessfully login! However I still get an endless stream of emails promoting kelloggs products, offering coupons and bonus points that are impossible to redeem without being able to login. They seem to have really screwed up what was a nice program. Don't have any problems with other companies rewards (Ie, Coke Rewards, Dew Nation, etc)
