I feel as if I have been scammed. I purchased a mascara. I have just received an email saying I have subscribed and will be sent a mascara every 45 days which I do not want . I have gone on the site to cancel the subscription there is no option to cancel. Extremely poor customer service. Susan Inskip I have now been taken off the subscription

Mijn mascararoller via DHLcommerce van China terug naar China...daarna ontbreekt ieder spoor, de track&trace nummers zijn niet bekend. Op mijn emails wordt niet geantwoord. En ik heb wel netjes van te voren betaald. Weg mijn vertrouwen. Als ik eerst de reviews had gekezen, was ik nooit in zee gegaan met Kehyla! Het zijn gewoon pure oplichters!

Ik bestelde mascara. Mijn huisnummer is 4 maar voorgeprogrammeerd stond 1. Dit heb ik veranderd in 4 en besteld. Wat schets mijn verbazing: in de bevestigingsmail stond weer een het verkeerde adres met 1 als huisnummer. Misschien wel meer dan 5 emails verstuurd om dit te veranderen. Nooit antwoord gekregen...pakje geleverd op nr.1 kom ik nooit meer aan.

Gave me the run around about products being delivered and to check with neighbors and post office. Didn't mention delivery service to go with tracking number. Steer clear of this company.

Do not buy the mascara iT does not like the video A waste of my money

I would give this product a -5 if I could. Worst mascara ever. Slides off before lunchbreak. Bad customer service, I would like to return my order ( it was a 2for1 deal) and all I get is -15% off my next order?!! ridiculous.

Don’t waste your money on it, I just received my package after 3-4 weeks and the products are the same as $4 make up you can buy at the neighborhood drugstore. The mascara is horrible, semi dry and I had to use magnifying mirror to actually see the results. I sent them an email, trying to return $82 products that I could get for $20. Still waiting for an answer.
