Timely and efficient. Not sure yet about products. The mascara is a bit dry and the eyebrow gel to wet. Products need to switch positions in their consistantcy.

I ordered all the eyeliners. One of the colors was unlike those in the photos so I wrote to say I was unhappy with it. They sent me a partial refund of my order. I was pleased by that although I would still like a true navy eyeliner. The customer service was great!

First of all, no one would respond to me when I had an urgent question. I did follow and went to the support.com website. I tried to cancel the monthly so-called subscription that I never and did not order. Also there were no instructions whatsoever as to how to apply this natural color makeup. It was frustrating and the brush was difficult for me to hold and to use. I looked very pale, but needed a blush of some sort and was never given a choice or an idea as to how to do it or where to get the correct blush to give me a little bit more color. I am going to ask you and insist that you do not send me monthly installments of the makeup that I don't use that often. I would never do a subscribe and save on an item I have never tried before. You claim that you will always follow the support.com and respond, etc., but you never did! There were four emails sent to you at your so-called support.com, that came back as undeliverable! I should rate you less, but I am not vindictive and I do not want you to lose your business. However dishonesty has now entered into this whole issue and I probably will never use your product again.

I am over 80 so progress has been slow & I have to be very wary of mascara but today I am beginning to see a difference Lower area still slow but I will persevere delivery was very good

I purchased two tubes of mascara. I am liking that it does not clump on my eyelashes. Rather it goes on quite smoothly and evenly. I plan to purchase more in the future.

It is very good quality. My only problem is I ordered Navy but what I received is Azure Blue. This is too bright for me.
