Very happy with my choice of Infusionsoft for my CRM. Easy to set up, easy to work

I was surprised to get this review asking, "how WAS the free trial," in past tense, when it just started yesterday! Also, my introductory email was addressed to "Dear :" with no name. I would have expected my name inserted since automation is their key service. Still, I am optimistic and hope it's a great experience.

Some things are super outdated. I'd really like the option to customize order receipts from my order forms. Also...there are often glitches in payment processing. Refunds are a nightmare. On the plus side, the campaign builder is really useful. In response to your reply...we do use Infusionsoft payments and that is what makes refunds a nightmare. Plus...everytime we hop on with support we're given a different answer about how to handle things. Support is often not helpful. :(

Excellent kickstart program that got my first promotional campaign off and running, as well as all my subscriber sign-up pages installed at my website and blog. These sessions were not only super productive, they were also personally rewarding. I feel like I have a tech/business coach who also is warm and encouraging. During my initial setting up, I ran into some snags and I was able to get online chat support within five minutes. One chat support turned into a live interaction so it was like getting another dose of personalized coaching. The best thing: I am feeling that my small business is taking a new turn and my expansion is fully supported by Infusionsoft.
