Infusionsoft is an outstanding tool. Only reason not 5 stars is because it can be very confusing & intimidating when learning and setting up to your specific needs but once you’re organized and ready, it’s a great tool for any business.

I have been using Infusionsoft for years. I have also used several other CRM & marketing automation tools and I like Infusionsoft best. Others promise quick results and claim to be easier to use, but they lack features that are important to my business and probably all other businesses. But my favorite part about Infusionsoft is their great support team who answer my questions quickly.

Infusionsoft is just awesome. Everything required for a SME - CRM, Marketing automation and E-Commerce are in one package. It is easy to use and easy to maintain. Infusionsoft campaign feature for marketing automation is just great!
