Love it, Love it, Love it. Easy, informative, Usefull

Infusionsoft is a wonderful tool for a solo-preneur. Their are more uses and options available than I even know about yet despite training and working with it for the past 3 months. As their are always 2 sides to a coin this is also a but of a downside as there are so many layer to Infuisionsoft and no all of them are user-friendly or intuitive - can be hard to locate what you are seeking to do and to do what you seek since IS has its own language for everything (small example can't a list just be a list instead of a tag?) Sometimes I feel I need to attempt to be in the designers head in order to follow the route and make the program work for me. Since I am not a techie and don't know the designer that can be a challenge and can feel like going down a rabbit hole not knowing where you will come out! Instead of all the layers present now that you have to go through just to send an email, how about more straightforward access to the most used tasks and then layer the rest specifically labeled as for the beginner etc. I believe that would be helpful and less overwhelming.

I love Infusionsoft. I recommend it To my peers and use it exclusively to manage my customer list. Without Infusionsoft, I would not be as successful as I am. It also saves me a ton of time and hlelps with consistent messaging. There are a few things I’d like to see improved, but for the most part they’ve done an amazing job!

Infusionsoft saved us several hours of tasks we were doing manually. It's not just a CRM and a Marketing automation software. We were able to automate internal processes within our organization.
