Been doing business with them for years now. Send them so much money. 20 days ago, information about our clients started disapearing (we noticed last week) from our database. Called them, they could not tell me why...they said they don't hold more than 2 weeks back of logs! They charge a lot of money and can't offer a quality service! They can't explain why contact record information is disapearing! They also lie on their pages when it comes to reviews!! They lie about their Trustpilot reviews and Google Reviews! How can you trust someone like this!

Keap has goods and bads, the good points which I liked while using Keap were their dashboard, which was user-friendly, simplicity, their advanced automation was really cool and had many advanced features, I really liked that, it is something that can be difficult to get it in other CRMs. Their customer service wasn't good neither bad, they helped sometimes. Keap lacks many important features for businesses, you cannot add more than one email address as a sender, you cannot send WhatsApp messages, lacks integrations with many apps like LinkedIn, and only US can get phone numbers. Talking in marketing, they need to get more features to help businesses reach to their leads. Overall, Keap is outdated and needs to improve, look at what other CRM systems are doing and adding to satisfy their customers.

Not happy with how Keap is taking care of an issue. We have over 5,000 customers who were mistakenly marked in our booking system as not wanting a newsletter, and so came over to Keap as OPT OUT: ADMIN. The only way to get them added to our newsletter list is to manually go into each one and do at least 2 processes. I asked Keap to work with us to send an OPT IN email to them for us. But, No, they won't. It makes me mad enough I want to leave Keap. They just don't want to go out of their way to figure something out with us.

I feel it's not fair that you block my leads for email marketing just because i don't email them on a regular basis. I am losing revenue since you are restricting acess.

UPDATE- Recently I was billed as a Keap subscriber after several (failed) attempts to cancel my subscription. I managed to reach out to Keap staff who responded to my complaints, have spoken with a team member and just received notice of cancellation. I explained that communication and the ability for monthly subscribers to cancel/ speak with tech support easily needs to be greatly improved and I would be happy to offer them further feedback on how to deliver a 10/10 customer experience (as this is something I strive for in my own business). They mentioned that improving comms with account holders is being discussed at the moment, so watch this space.

poor software

I feel like the applications and instructions are meant for programmers which I am not. I find the terminology confusing or I often don't know what the instructions mean so I become frustrated. The instructional videos are too long with a lot of chit chat I really don't have time for.

Bugs glitches and not intuitive. A necessary evil though
