Great product and fast shipping

OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! So impressed by Keababies and their customer service. They truly went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied. We love their products and will be lifelong customers because of how they treat their customers. So few companies these days truly care. Thank you Keababies! 👏🏽👏🏽

Quick response time. Chinkee was friendly, helpful and ordered a replacement immediately. Great service!

Good quality & ease of use Purchased two items: 1. Portable changing pad- cute, with lot of storage for wipes, extra diapers, good use on the go or in a different room. 2. Ash wood frame & ink keepsake - like that there are different inserts for the matte and a template for where to paste the photos & double sided tape. Oddly tough to get the ink imprint even if ink pad seems easy to use. Had to do several trial imprints. I did appreciate that the ink pad had enough ink to do trials + a final

I have ordered a product from Amazon and registered it online. The customer service rep was really nice as I just let them know I was part of the registered customers, they offered to send me a gift! I am very thankful and they made me feel really special. We cannot wait to use the product with our baby when she is born. Definitely will use KeaBabies again! Thank you!

Great customer support. Thank you!

Ordered the baby carrier wrap. The quality is really good and was easy to put on, considering this is my first time using a wrap. It has been a life changer. I can finally get stuff done. Customer service is great, really appreciate the free gift. Seems like a great company that I would trust and support.

Very professional. Made sure I received the product and is working wonderful !
