Although the burp cloths came in a timely fashion ,the cotton Muslim was too scratchy for a newborn s skin.To send them back ,there was return shipping ,so we donated them to aspa . ,:(.It was nothing like the cotton ones available elsewhere which were soft and absorbant.

Product was fine but the box had been opened (possibly a return) and not resealed properly. Very disappointing as this was a gift for a baby shower that was had a 'gift display' instead of wrapped gifts. It looked horrible.

I was very disappointed in customer service- as soon as I placed my order I realized it was going to be shipped to the address of my credit card. My whole point of ordering online was to have it shipped directly as a gift. When I realized my error I immediately tried to contact them to see if the address could be changed- there is no way to contact anyone via phone, only email. I did get a response in a reasonable amount of time but it said that they couldn’t do anything as the order was already in progress- still within a couple of hours of placing the order. It can be a very unpersonable experience when systems are so automated that there’s little room for assistance with something so simple as updating the address.
