The Keababies kit came in good condition and also was (fairly) simple to use. If instructions were a little more clear, it would be a 5/5!

I accidentally ordered a size too big because the description online was different than the age range on the hats when they arrived. Definitely get a small for 0-6months. I reached out about exchanging and they resolved the issue quickly. They are cute, well-made hats.

Yes I made the mistake putting 305 instead of 304 but then their delivery people delivered to 210? So how’s it 100% my fault. After that they’ve ghosted me about a replacement. Edited to add they now say they’ve reshipped due to be delivered on 11/10

The products are great but the first shipment arrived with a crushed box. The company finally resent the package and it was acceptable. I would suggest the company send their products in a better mailing box as the boxes don't arrive very nice to give as a gift. That being said, the company did live up to what they said they would do.

We had a faulty bib with the metal clasp wherein the clasp fell off on its own and baby almost ate it. (Just be mindful) I bought the bibs off Amazon, and trying to return or replace it thru there would have me go to the Keababies website. I eventually filed a request in the website l. It took a while to hear from them but once they replied their help desk was quick in replying and providing a replacement. Their help team is 5stars out of 5. They gave a replacement with the non clasp bibs and they seem to be good quality. We are just more wary now of any clasps in general.

Very fast shipping and good quality. The custom support is also good.

Although there isn’t an EDA after checking out, (expected date of arrival) the shipping was quick and the arrival was timely. The company packaging is really nice and the 10% first time user discount helped me buy directly from the site rather than using a third party store such as Target. The only real “negatives” is that (1) wearing the wrap gets hot. I live in the southeast (SC), and it gets quite humid and hot here. The wrap fabric is stretchy but it’s not a breathable fabric as I thought it would be. Wearing baby and wrap can be an uncomfortable experience even when dressed appropriately for the weather. (2) Not an easy take off for potty. So realistically, putting the wrap on isn’t difficult. Taking it off quickly can be awkward especially when mom has to go potty. It’s definitely not a quick slip off kinda situation. Sometimes untying the back becomes more time consuming and inconvenient. I haven’t been able to tie mine in the front due to the fabric length not being enough for me, so I can only speak about untying the back. (3) Because it takes a bit to undo the wrap, the final thing I consider a “negative” of sorts is the fact that for the time it takes to get out of it, you can’t just slip back into it. You have to redo the wrap all over again which in my opinion, having a non-wrap carrier in this case would be a positive for the easy on and off. Overall, my son is 6weeks, weighed in at 8lb 10oz by 2weeks of age, I got the wrap when he was about 3-4 weeks of age, and he fits and is secure in the wrap. I am extremely large busted (44N) so breastfeeding while in the wrap is not something I can do at all.
